1 starTerrible management Erica screamed at us in the store in front of customers after nicely telling them the order was wrong from a previous worker who took the order I walked away said too bad then screamed over the counter and then said apparently they don’t care to fix the order she said I am management ***** call corporate on me said I will then she proceeded to act very loud aggressive and ignorant worst manager I’ve ever seen in my life!!!!!! Over a wrong order!!!!!! Worse ever experience in my life!!!!!! Will never be back ever again!!!!Review fromMarianne K

1 starI went through the drive thru on Ridge road, and what a horrible experience. My daughter has a speech disability and the man at the other end of the speaker was mocking her. I asked the man are you mocking her he said no in a different tone that he was using with her. At that point she did not want to order as she was very disappointed that the man was mocking her. I told my daughter to pull around I walked inside ask who was the person in the drive thru taking order the man in the black shirt I want to say had to be manager said that is me I said you should not be rude to customers he looked at me like I was crazy walked away started laughing with another employee about the situation. I said what’s your name he said his name continue to laugh it up I said I’m writing a bad review on this place and also contacting corporate he said go ahead I don’t care. No class ppl mighty taco had working for them at that location. Not even returning to that one lost my and my family business!Review fromCraig C

I used the mighty express pickup app to place my order. I ordered 2 beef and cheese burritos and pickup my order at their drive through. When I got home, I found I received 2 bean tacos, no cheese and smaller than 2 fingers. I called the **** South Park Hamburg, NY location to tell them the mistake and the girl told to bring my receipt in tomorrow and we would fix this for you.
Next day I went there (10 miles from my home) and showed the afternoon manager my receipt and the picture I took on my phone. She looks at the pic, then tells me that that is a burrito! Smiling like a henna who just ate her pray. IT'S HOW SHE MAKE ME FEEL IN THE REAL ISSUE.
I've lived in WNY all me life and have been going to Mighty Taco for more than 45 years. You make me look like I'm lying in front of your staff and customers.. Yes, I'm upset and I will NEVER go back.

So my kids & I just went thru the drive thru. Put the order in at the speaker & drove up to the window & the manager came up to the window & told us they had no beef no rice & no chili what heck really!!!!!!!! After we already paid for the food, I am p*****. The manager should
be fired for not having Mexican foodMighty Taco, Inc.

Your review of 12/23 apparently slipped through the cracks. Sigh! Our vast apologies for the less than Mighty experience.
