    If I could give 0 stars, I would.
    The worst service, the only resolution they offered to sending me a defective item, was to return it to them in China, by paying for the shipping and having to wait for them to receive it.
    The cost of shipping it back with tracking (because they requested tracking confirmation), was almost double what I paid for the item.
    Complete Scam.

    I bought two harnesses back in April. I contacted them several times, it was lost in delivery. They were to put my money back on my card and it’s August, still nothing. All I ever get is an email stating it will take 10-15 business days. I would not recommend using this site to anyone.

    Very poor customer service. I ordered a harness set with collar in early June, and I am still waiting to receive my items. There was no communication from their customer service department. I had to reach out multiple times to inquire about my order.
    Very disappointing, and unprofessional.
