    Consider yourself fortunate if they actually deliver what you purchased. They admittedly delivered the incorrect model chair in December, which they (John) acknowledged soon after delivery. Since then, we have been regularly calling and visiting the store (John) in an effort to either receive the correct chair or obtain a refund. Despite making several appointments to pick up the incorrect chair, they have repeatedly failed to show up. Their excuses range from claiming the correct chair will arrive "any day now", that "we should be happy with the chair" (even though it is the incorrect model and color) to citing factory issues. They immediately acknowledged that the incorrect chair was delivered. After their stalling they now claim that they cannot legally take the chair back because it has been so long. Our only request at this point is for them to retrieve the incorrect chair and issue a refund, which is why we are involving the appropriate agencies.
    Utilize a reputable company for your furniture needs and avoid a similar headache and financial loss.
