      The last couple years I've been receiving UNWANTED post cards from this business, trying to buy my house. I've called several times, at ************ asking to be removed from their mailing list to no avail. This last post card received 7/11/2024 (SEE UPLOAD). I want no more post cards to my address or my name.

      We apologize for the junk mail that goes to your house
      We have an outsourced marketing company that handles all of our marketing to homes and we've asked several times for the name to come off the list.
      I think I found out what the challenge is every month they update the list and they don't have a suppression process.
      We just sent out again another e-mail today upon receiving this complaint to ask them to remove your name from the list which they responded back that they have but each month when they update their list it seems that there is no suppression process to take off the names, hence the reason you keep getting a post card .

      I've made a complaint to their management department OF THE MAILING COMPANY to please rectify the situation.
      In the meantime ****************** please feel free to take that card and throw it in the garbage with the rest of the junk mail.

      FIRSTLY MY NAME IS NOT *******, IT'S BLOCK. I REJECT YOUR REPLY. I'VE MADE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS PROMISING TO HAVE MY NAME (BLOCK) AND ADDRESS REMOVED FROM YOUR MAILING LIST. IF I GET ANOTHER POST CARD FROM YOUR BUSINESS I"LL FILE MORE COMPLAINTS. HAVE MY NAME & ADDRESS REMOVED FROM YOUR MAILING LIST
