      I have called this company in the past 6 months to stop sending me solicitation emails. They repeatedly do not remove me from the mailing list. It is frustrating when what your asking is not respected.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,
      This letter is in response to Complaint #******** B8BFA submitted by ************ ******** of **************************. We received notification of the complaint on June 11, 2025.
      After reviewing our internal records and database activity, we have gathered relevant documentation that supports our findings, which are detailed below:
      *** ******** contacted our office on February 4, 2025, at 2:31 PM. Per our call logs and CRM activity records, a team member documented the request at 3:54 PM on the same day to have her removed from all communications. At that time, the lead status was marked as dead and the system was updated with a stop sequence command. This action immediately and permanently disables all outbound phone calls and mailings from our organization to the associated contact record.
      It is important to note that our records do not show any email address ever being collected or stored for *** ********* meaning no emails were sent by our system. Additionally, once the stop marketing status was entered into our CRM, no further attempts at communicationvia phone, text, or direct mailhave been initiated from our company.
      We understand *** ********** frustration and are sympathetic to her concerns. However, based on the data in our system, we can confidently confirm that her request was honored promptly and thoroughly on February 4, 2025. If she is continuing to receive communications, we believe it may be from a third party outside of our organization, possibly due to shared or resold lead data,which we do not control or manage.
      We take consumer privacy and opt-out requests seriously, and we have included relevant screenshots of our database records to support the information provided above.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      I received a letter in May and then another letter yesterday in June. It is the company's responsibility to remove me from their mailing list as well as third party. Closing this case without an infirmative that a 3rd party that they gave my information to with their company name has removed me is not acceptable. More effort  needs to be done on their part to remove me from third party mailings. I wouldn't be opening a case if I didn't keep getting letters. The letter attached is from yesterday's mailing.

      As you can see in out date base we labeled it as dead as it shows at stop sequence . I am sorry you keep getting pieces of mail to your house even though we stopped it in our crm. May I recommend that you simply throw the mailer in the garbage with the rest of the junk mail ..

      The last couple years I've been receiving UNWANTED post cards from this business, trying to buy my house. I've called several times, at ************ asking to be removed from their mailing list to no avail. This last post card received 7/11/2024 (SEE UPLOAD). I want no more post cards to my address or my name.

      We apologize for the junk mail that goes to your house
      We have an outsourced marketing company that handles all of our marketing to homes and we've asked several times for the name to come off the list.
      I think I found out what the challenge is every month they update the list and they don't have a suppression process.
      We just sent out again another e-mail today upon receiving this complaint to ask them to remove your name from the list which they responded back that they have but each month when they update their list it seems that there is no suppression process to take off the names, hence the reason you keep getting a post card .

      I've made a complaint to their management department OF THE MAILING COMPANY to please rectify the situation.
      In the meantime ****************** please feel free to take that card and throw it in the garbage with the rest of the junk mail.
