      I signed a contract with this company in 4/24, It was an all-cash as-Is, no inspection deal. Their rep, C.D., called weeks later and asked if they could change the buyer's name on the contract. He said they wanted to "mitigate risk" by using a different LLC, I did not sign any agreement permitting this. In July, C.D. said he needed to come to my house with his "business partner" and a "construction guy." Still no closing date set. 2 people arrived and said they were there to do an appraisal which I knew nothing about. These 2 were working together but submitting separate appraisals. A.A. arrived to meet them. The appraisers told A.A, "This is a 3-bed house but I'm going to put it down as a 6 for the loan," etc. After 5 minutes, A.A. gave them at least $800 in cash. A.A. said he wanted to put a lockbox on my house. Overvaluing a property in order to obtain a large loan is definitely fraud. C.D. never showed and neither did the "construction guy;" This was just a ruse. A few nights later, I was asleep when I heard my window opening. I saw a man coming through the window. He said "I want see house! I want buy your house!" I told him the house was not for sale, but he was arguing with me that it was. There is no for sale sign. The next morning, he came back This time he showed me a video of the INTERIOR of my home which was taken by A.A. This was shot and distributed without my consent. At that point, I understood they were trying to wholesale my house. This was why they were stalling the closing. I called the lawyer and said I did not want to sell my house to this company. C.D and A.A. continued to contact me with reasons to get back into the home. I blocked them. 4 months have passed. I told my lawyer that I do not want to sell my home to them and that they committed fraud that invalidated the contract multiple times, starting with misrepresenting why they wanted the name change, My lawyer is telling me I am contractually bound to sell them my home in 2 weeks.
