      Currently making the rounds in Hamburg, NY. Unprofessional door to door, very pushy, asking for your electric bill and trying to force you to sign up for their "solar energy program" which will save you 10% on your electric. I had to threaten to call the police to get them to leave my property. ??? I've also now discovered that they are going door-to-door in our town without a peddler's permit. Also, it certainly appears that these positive BBB reviews are top loaded by people working for this company (just like their Google reviews are). And then there's this...

      Brendel was able to assist me with having a better understanding of what the program is. Even though with me having a brain injury recently he made sure I had a clear understanding and was very patient with me. Especially that I was asking lots of questions. Made me feel comfortable. And treated me with upmost respect. Brendel is very polite young man would recommend to anyone. He even put up with my cats that he is allergic too. Very thankful for Brendel stopping by

      When Jorving E****** came to the door near the end of a very hot and humid day (July in Farmington, Maine, where the temperature was in the low 90s an hour or two before, and there had been a sudden thunderstorm), I was prepared to politely turn him away because, as an older lady, I was leery of young strangers showing up at my door. But when I found out he was representing a solar company, I decided to talk to him. He was very well-spoken and helpful, not at all pushy. The kind of young man I hope all of my former students turn into someday. Very happy with this interaction; this company obviously knows how to pick responsible, knowledgeable people to represent them. (And when he left, my husband handed him a cold soft drink to make the rest of his afternoon a little better.)
