      I had a representative come to my door to explain what PTM does. His name was Cameron Newhook. He was explaining the CDG credit that I should be receiving on my electric bill. I am not receiving it.
      He went into great detail and was very polite and personable. He took the time to be sure that I understood all of it and said he would be sure to see that I started to get the credit.

      Dylan Gilfilian was very personable and explained the program well. Absolutely amazing experience! I was not pressured into making any rash decisions and was able to understand the savings program completely. Give him a raise!!

      I talked to Cameron and Dalton and they explained the information quite well pertaining to my credit savings each month. I was hesitant to accept the policy at first, but then they pretty well clarified a few questions I had.
