On January 15, 2025 called for double sided kitchen sink. Cellino sent someone out who snaked the drain from basement. Paid $417.72.Called again on March 4 for same problem. Paid $357.91. Called a third time, this was no charge because I joined the maintenance monthly service for $17.40 I was told that I should have the company look further into what is causing the clogging problem. There was an old unused toilet in the basement that started to back up whenever the toilet upstairs was used. I called Cellino to evaluate problem. A camera was used. They pointed out debris and corrosion of drain. Cellino suggested going underground to replace the tubing. The initial estimated cost was $4,444.00. I had to pay $1,400.00 downpayment on 3/25/25. Also, another of their plumbers stated the stack to the upstairs toilet had to be replaced because it was leaking. He replaced it and I paid $2,932.73 which I paid. After the backyard was dug up and new piping inlayed the bill was $7,942.72 which was paid. After this, a Cheektowaga inspector came and noted there was a drain in the basement floor and according to the plumbers, they were told that the drain must be closed off and I need a sump pump. The inspector said it was code. So, Cellino covered the drain, left for the day, and the basement flooded for the first time. No sump pump had been placed as yet. In the meantime, my kitchen sink started clogging up again. I had to pay an additional $837.74.The plumber who worked on the kitchen noted the tubing for the kitchen sink was placed in another area, which later needed to be moved back to its original place. They placed a sump pump which the manager Brenden said I would not be charged. On 4/18 & 19th the tubing ran out the back of the house instead of. toward the street to the drain and there was only one plumber and a trainee. The plumber had hooked up the tubing to the gutter. They wanted to charge me $4,233.10 to fix the problem that they caused.$13,888.82

I’m reluctant to leave a negative review, but my recent experience with Cellino has left me no choice. I initially hired Cellino for a greenhouse HVAC project, based on a positive recommendation and previous great service with a furnace issue. On September 6, Chris came out to assess the job, spending significant time taking measurements and photos, and assured me they had handled similar projects. After weeks of visits and reassurances, we received a quote on September 18. Though it was higher than others, I trusted Cellino based on their professionalism.

However, on October 22, over a month later and after multiple assessments, the installation team informed me that the heater they specified was actually overpowered for our greenhouse—news that should have been caught early on. This oversight led to weeks of back-and-forth exchanges, ending with us exchanging the heater for a more suitable model. This delay has cost my business thousands in lost stock due to inadequate heating.

On November 5, I called for an update on the remaining fan installation, only to experience communication delays and, ultimately, find out the fan itself was also overpowered. Despite promises to resolve the issues, I have yet to receive concrete solutions. This lack of follow-through and oversight has seriously impacted my business, and as temperatures drop, every day without proper heating risks more losses.

At this point, I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others: if you're considering Cellino for a major project, think twice. This has been an incredibly frustrating and costly experience.

I had this boiler installed in November 2023 had problems with leaking water all over boiler and my floor and now boiler not working displaying code Snr called ******* manufacture of boiler and told them my problem they claim they should of tested unit to be sure of heat exchange in pipe clearly they didn't otherwise I would have no water dripping in pipe and on my boiler or floor. Was told this is going to keep damaging my boiler. I want this fixed if they would of done their job right none of this would of happened . I received this boiler from the H.E.R.R program because I am on limited income. I can't afford to fix their negligence by not doing proper steps to insure the boiler and Chimney were compatible with each other. Cause right now I have an $8,050 boiler that's not even a year old with problems do to Chimney issues that they knew since it was installed dripping water everywhere.
