      Cellino plumbing quoted me over $3300 for a repair on my central air conditioner. My neighbor, who installed a unit, got involved after I showed him the estimate. He laughed at the quote of over $800 for 5 pounds of Freon to recharge the system. he contacted a contact of Fez who said he can repair the system for $250. I do not complain often, but scams this egregious need to be called out as these companies prey and vulnerable people. Fortunately, I am not, as I have educated people around me who exposed is borderline criminal pricing.

      I won't use personally identifiable information about myself although I think it applies however, I feel Cellino Plumbing & HVAC took advantage of me. In the beginning of October 2022, Cellino was contacted and James M***** came to my home to assess water coming into my basement. Mr. M***** stated that he did not know where the water was coming from nor could he stop the water from coming into the basement however, his recommendation was that a drain tile could be installed to catch and prevent the water from spreading over the basement floor. October 18, 2022 a deposit of $614.00 was paid by credit card and the work was started and performed by 3 technicians Cameron M*****, Danny B**** and Shawn W*****. The remaining balance of $1,228.38 was paid by credit card on October 31, 2022 upon the completion of the work. Since the installation of the drain tile water is continually coming into the basement and spreading over the floor and the drain tile has not remedied the issue, and we experienced other problems with water back up in the basement that was NEVER an issue before. Brenden D**** took care of the water backup along with Matthew H****** on November 11, 2022 that cost $147.21. Today is December 8, 2022 My daughter has made numerous calls to the office and has been told that Brenden D****, the Manager is busy and will return my call. I have been extremely patient and giving them more than enough opportunities to resolve this and they have made it apparent they don't care and are dismissive of my calls and concerns. I did speak with an individual named Tony who stated he was the owner and still the issue has not been resolved.
