    I took my 11 ***** V6 to get the transmission oil changed I was busy and didn't have time to do it myself... In changing my oil .. I noticed that the fill plug and my drain plug were rusty and never have been removed ..no tool marks or any oil residue... I took pics and showed them and they told me that they dropped the pan and filled it through the drain hole.. this is impossible because there is a little tube that unscrews inside the pan to drain the oil out and is so small of a diameter that the fluid would shoot everywhere when trying to fill it Through the tiny tube going into the pan .. the back pressure alone would prevent filling.. the pan bolts are rusted to the pan and have never been removed to change the filter as they claimed.. they are very dishonest and took my money without performing the service.. I changed it myself after that experience.
