    I signed a lawn contract on 5/2. The office girl told me they would be there that week so I assumed that day or Saturday. I called office on 5/8 to ask about first service and office girl screamed at me for calling. Great way to start. They came that day 5/8 mowed the front didn’t complete edge work. Came 5/16 for first and only full service. Called 5/24 after no service all week to have them send someone and tear up my lawn with wheels and only did the front. The rain finally clears up this week and both Thurs and Friday were sun and dry and they wait to come until 5/31 while it’s rainy and say no service this week maybe in a few days. Well in a few days it’s next week, combining weeks again. That’s deceptive. They waited to service my lawn until the day it rained when it’s been in the forecast all week and are looking to once again combine 2 services in one. They are not making a good faith effort to service my lawn, along with all the other issues and half services, and should have never take on my lawn contract if they don’t have the time. This has been a nightmare company and just want it to be over. Please please cancel my contract this is a nightmare. I just wanted weekly mowing service and that is not what you want to do.

    Hello,
    In April, I entered into a renewal lawncare contract with B******* Tree and Lawn Care Company. This was my second year- and I hesitated about renewing because of the poor performance and property damage I sustained the prior year. I was guaranteed by Chrissy B******* at the company, that those problems were unusual and would not continue into this year, If I renew. Based on this conversation and promise, I renewed and paid $2,431.79, up front for the entire season lawn care.

    At this point, I am at a loss on how to address all the issues, below is a partial list:
    (1) Refusing to mow my entire lawn - I recently sent them the drawing they provided me in 2021 for areas of my lawn under the mowing contract- no response.
    (2) Not blowing away the clippings from my walkways (which I guess is better than blowing them in my pool )
    (3) Not trimming the edges
    (4) Mowing in the rain or when my lawn is wet - most of my grass is worn away and I have ruts and divets in every corner
    (5) For the Weed applications- they are only applying the application in a strip up and a strip back on my lawn (I have cameras on my property)
    (6) Still sustaining property damage, this summer one of their employees actually ripped the gate off my security fence and threw it to the ground in some kind of fit. The company (after three emails and 2 phone calls) finally owned up to it once I mentioned I called the Sherriff...

    There is much more.... These are just a few of the issues..
    Please, I would like your help dealing with this business.. They have been paid and do not care ..
    I have all the emails and records of phone calls made to this business to have them correct/ resolve these issues, along with video ...

    I am a single female homeowner, and strongly believe this company is not honoring my contract, attempting to take advantage of me for this reason...

    Please, I hope you can help me deal with this and get some resolution?

    BBB spoke to Wayne at business and the following was relayed: We are currently servicing the customer, mowing and fertilizing the customer's lawn. The gate was repaired. We are willing to work with the customer. We will reach out to the customer to identify any specific lawn issues that are stated as needing repair and work with customer to address them.
