  I have used Brockman for a couple of years for fertilizing and disappointed with the quality of their work. I have a couple of areas on the side and back of my lawn that their services were not taking care of. I was looking for a full-sercice lawn service that would notice these areas and be proactive to reach out to me for solutions. Instead, they continued to come out 4 times a year and charge me for the entire yard. When I brought this to their attention, their response was that there was nothing they could do and then not agree to lower the price for those areas. They even said the side yard does not get sun, which was inaccurate.

  Due to some miscommunication I filed a less than flattering review of Brockman Tree & Lawn. One of the principals stepped in and rectified the entire situation. I was very pleased with the response, and look forward to the continued service.

  I started using this company in 2018, mainly to get the lawn aerated. They didn't come out until October, even though requested much earlier. They ended up detaching, and reseeding, and my lawn still looked terrible the next spring. Then, they recommended adding at least $500 worth of fertilizers. I know that I have paid them well over $1000 and my lawn still looks awful. I recall going back and forth with them waiting for answers about my lawn. I feel that they always come out way too late in the season to benefit. I can hardly research this because they use some weird service called ********, which requires a password, and I can't get into my records regarding dates and their services.
  When I called them out on their poor timing, I was told that the owner was ill. After a few years of using them, spending over $1000, trying various approaches, my lawn still looks awful.
