      PC Richard keeps calling me and scheduling a delivery for an item that they seem to not have. I keep wasting countless hours waiting for this magical delivery. Please dont schedule anything unless you have the physical inventory. Your customer service **** keep giving me different stories and dont even know whats going on. I keep asking for this mysterious management to call me back, but nothing but false promises.

      PC Richard sold me a ext. Warranty for my ******* fridge. Approx 399$ fridge has been broke 5/6 times for the same thing. Ice cube maker. Fridge is defective but PC Richard does not stand behind. Was told twice that this was last repair and I would get credit for new. Well broken again and they just want to keep repairing till warranty expires. In the meantime I have to buy ice for my family. Ridiculous.

      I am leaving zero stars. I have been without a dishwasher for months. Bought and expensive ***** dishwasher and had nothing but trouble since the beginning. It was fixed 3 times and now waited 4 weeks fora repair person. They finally came and said we needed a part. Waited 3 weeks for part and when they were supposed to come replace it they never showed up. Waiting another week. Supposed to come today.

      I had a very disappointing experience at the Atlantic/******** location. I purchased an air conditioner yesterday, and AFTER PAYING, the salesperson casually mentioned the store would close in 5 minutes. I told him ** quickly move my car and to pick it up. Staff said they would wait. When I came back less than 10 minutes later, the store had already shut down and the gates were closed with no warning that I wouldnt be able to get the item I had just paid for. The gates were closed and nobody was in the store.Staff made no effort to ensure I left with the product, and now Im left without the unit. Did they do this to take advantage and steal from me? This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected better communication and accountability. I strongly advise others to be cautious when shopping here.

      Wow this business has tanked over the years. Six-month old Kitchen Aid dishwasher has had issues from the beginning, and we've called several times for attention. Service techs came four times, however the problem still exists. PC Richard's customer service has been abysmal. They give you a 4-hour window the day before, without an option to choose a convenient time frame in advance, as most companies do. They do not communicate with you. Service techs show up at random times.Go elsewhere for appliances and ask about their service policies. PC Richards seems to not care about what customers think or say. The amount of extremely poor reviews online show how bad this company has gotten. PC Richard's has been nothing but aggravation. The most they have going for them is the strike-out sound at **************. Appropriate since you're striking out at good customer service.

      They have delivered four broken units over four months. The last unit we ordered, the delivery team left it on the sidewalk in the rain, and it is still there 14 days later. They have refused to remove it or provide an explanation. They refuse a refund or any remedy. Additionally, they forged a delivery signature.

      We bought a dishwasher from PC Richards in 2024. It started leaking water in April 2025. It was determined the dishwasher had a whole in it that was a manufacturing defect. We bought the 3 year warranty so we thought it was covered for this and we would receive a new dishwasher. ****! PC Richards said the dishwasher has to be rebuilt with parts ordered from the manufacturer. They said it will take 3-4 hours to rebuild the dishwasher in my kitchen. Are you kidding me?!!! I want a new dishwasher not a refurbished one. I have lived on Long Island my whole life and have bought many appliances from them. NEVER AGAIN! PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY NO LONGER CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOING THE RIGHT THING!!!

      I bought an appliance package that was delivered on 2/14/23.. added the extended warranty.. As a standard consumer you receive a 3 year warranty.. my fridge has been serviced 4 times.. they are willing to replace. HOWEVER, I now have to negate my extended warranty because they are replacing yet it hasnt been touched. I have lost 3 fridges of food as well as days of lost time at work and no compensation and unwilling to transfer the EXTENDED warranty that has not been used.

      Made a complaint on April 26th that the refrigerator was not working they finally fixed it on May 21rst. No fridge for almost a month, we paid 370 dollars for extended service protection plus all the money spent on spoiled food. Would rather get nonstop tickled than use PC ****************************** again. At least the technician who repaired the fridge was nice.
