      I purchase a whirlpool fridge in December 2021. One month after the bulb blow. I reach out to the company numerous times, explaining the bulb is not to s**** in, it's a plug in because it have two pins at the end. They keep sending their technicians with the wrong bulb, I have about four of the same. On one occasion while speaking to a customer service representative, he asks to send him a picture of the bulb and one of the compartment in the fridge where the bulb is located, I did. It didn't make a difference. I will never purchase anything from this company again. They ****.

      Thanks for reaching out to me. What you are suggesting, I did multiple times, and the results are always the same. They bring the wrong bulb.

      This company has the worst customer service I've ever encountered!!! They transfer you around to 3 to 4 different people before you talk to someone and then they wouldn't accept their product back because I happen to set up the laptop before I can even know that I am happy with it !!! They're policy is once you set up the computer they can't take it back !!! Like factory reset doesn't work !! These people are crooks and I will never ever use them for anything !!! They are the worst !!

      I purchased an ** Refrigerator from PC Richards internet sales during the last week of May this year. I purchased an extended warranty with it. It seemed to operate properly for about 3 weeks before it stopped cooling properly. I called to set up a service call and was given an appt for that following Friday (July 1st) with a company called ******************. I was told I would receive a call on Thursday to provide a time window for when I can expect the technician to arrive on Friday. I never received a call and when I called on Friday I was given the number for ****************** however, when I called them they told me they don't service refrigerators any more. Thus I called back PC Richards and the earliest service call they could do was July 12th. 15 days after my original call. By this time all food in the unit had spoiled and had to be discarded. As a result we (wouldn't) didn't have an operating refrigerator for almost 3 weeks including 4th of July weekend. I asked to personally bring the unit in to a local store for them to swap out and they refused that. I asked to purchase a new refrigerator and return the old one but was told that "All Sales are Final". As such we were stuck waiting for the service call. The tech arrived as scheduled on the 12th to fix the unit and I was told that the unit is now functioning properly. The very next day it was apparent that the unit is again not working properly and again I called and set up another service appt, this time for July 28th. Again I asked about the possibility of return, exchange or refund but I again have to wait for the technician. This is a long time to not have a working fridge. As of now the freezer interior is completely covered in ice crystals that have formed and the refrigerator thermometer that I bought is reading at 60 degrees. We are at a loss as to what to do next and its very unfortunate because my experience with this company until now had always been a positive one.

      I bought a stove approximately a year ago, when we moved into this apartment. Oven stopped working, right before July 4th of this year. We went to PC Richard's on *******, ***. We reported it and we were referred to **************** Given an appointment for repair person. He advised us oven needed a certain piece and to reschedule for 2nd appointment. Repair person came today, he checked oven and said he had to go to his truck to get piece. He never returned. My husband and I returned to PC Richard's on *******, ***. We were referred to **************** again. Back to square one...
