    We signed with ******** Renewal on February 4th, 2022. We ordered windows for our Living Room and Den (two separate areas but all visible in the front of our home). At the time of ordering, I was very clear that the grills need to be sized the same because if they are different, the show of the home will be ruined. After waiting 3 months, May 9th the installer comes and installs the Living Room. Now comes the Den - he opens the windows and not only were the grills SO MUCH SMALLER than the other windows, but also the sizing of the windows were wrong. They had already started removal of my old window and had to reinstall the old window, which caused a small crack to grow even more. May 11th someone comes to look at the windows installed and issues we had. He told us the window installed was done incorrectly and will work to ensure we get the other windows in ASAP. Here I am on July 6th, I have to wait for CAD drawings to ensure that the sizing of the grills will be correct. Why does the homeowner need to review this. Renewal by ******** needs to step up and resolve this and I need to get my windows ASAP. We as homeowners do not know how to read CAD drawings and the specifics. This should be ********** job - ensure the windows are ordered correctly and installed timely. All I want is the windows installed and this nightmare to be over. The run around and chasing people on this has been a complete disaster. I even asked for a breakout of the **** by window (cost of each window with the extras, for example, i got a better quality screen for each) - I wanted the cost - no one got back to me. I wanted timelines and call backs...the responses received are subpar. We are spending double the money than competitors to get ******** and if this is the result - we made a huge mistake. We have patiently waited for a resolution and if from May to July we did not reach out - the company would not have either. I have texts / emails to show the numerous times we initiated convers
