    Waste of time. They won't give any information without someone going to your house. I just need to replace one door. I am single and work full time, and don't have time for this sort of run-around when I have no idea of the cost.

    Be aware that their 'white' windows are actually not white. We listened to the sales pitch, picked our options and spent $40,000 on what were supposed to be white windows to go with my 2nd floor full renovation. The windows were installed and upon looking at them, they can only be described as GREY. Not white, not even off-white, but actual grey. I called and discussed the issue with RBA, and was told it is '**********************'. It's grey, and the grey windows ruined my entire project. I'm more heartbroken and devastated than angry. Had I known the samples and all other ******** windows I have ever looked at that were a very normal white were the exception and my grey windows were the rule, I would have ordered from Pella. I made a very expensive mistake and unless I want to throw them out and start over with another company, I'm stuck with GREY WINDOWS for the next ***** years. I couldn't be an easier customer, I get the project is expensive, I understand service and installation, I just wanted white windows. I didn't think there was room for such extreme variance in the shade of white that reasonable people look at grey windows and try to explain to me that they are white.
