  $49.99 Sewer Company is corrupt. I had a sewage issue at my house and was desperate for help. I thought this company will be of great help but they were not. I called them and they said it will be $100 to just come to my house, due to my urgency I said ok. The guy came and took advantage of the situation and told me to pay up front before he started. $400. He went to work to no avail. He snaked and nothing was resolved. The p*** which was in my house and flooded the basement was coming from the street. He charged my dad 400 dollars in cash then dropped it down to $200 in cash for using a camera to see what was going on. Long story short he received payment with no result and we were still left with a p*** filled basement. Don't use them you are better off with City Wide Sewer Drain& plumbing company they are thorough, excellent and a company of integrity and greatness they got to the bottom of my issue and gave us resources and help for financial coverage.

  0 stars if I could. $49.99 sewer man from flushing. I called and the costumer service agent said to snake your sewer line both ways (towards the house and away from the house to the street.) would be 49.99 each way or $100.00 plus tax. I said fine and they were here promptly within 30 minutes. When the *** from the company came in and saw it was in my crawl space. Where else would the sewer line be!! He said the price went up to $250.00 + tax!!!!!! Talk about shady.. $100 to $250!! So I called the company to explain what is going on and he got a little angry and said that is the price. Then told me to go F myself!!! Dont EVER USE THESE CROOKS. Its one thing to lie and be deceitful. Then to curse out the customerBUYER BEWARE!!

  This business is unprofessional, unreliable, and inept. I spent over $800 with this company and my toilet was never restored. Initially, my family and I were told that the worker was unable to complete the task with a snake and the toilet bowl had to be replaced and this would cost $510, in addition to the original $100 requested. Once the bowl was installed the worked alleged the pipeline needed to be fixed. Once this matter was allegedly resolved by the worker the toilet still was unable to flush and the worker requested an additional $279 for a flushometer plus money for labor. Ultimately, the issue was left unresolved and the owner of the company and worker both stated "it was not their job to assess the issue and diagnose the problem and provide an amount or estimate for the services or complete the work. The company owner eventually stated that he could no longer be of assisting. Please do not waste your time or money. The workers are incompetent and more than likely not skilled or licensed. I wish I could give 0 stars.

  We had clogged tub drain. Called this company and after 5 hours of waiting they showed up for ten minutes and tried to snake the drain , it didn't work. He requested 50 dollars and told me to call a plumber. Don't call this company. They don't do anything , they just show up and demand 50 dollars without fixing the problem.

  I recently had an awful experience with a plumbing company that advertised a service for $49.99, but ended up being a complete scam. The company had been bought out by another firm years ago, and their pricing has drastically changed since thenyet they still cling to their misleading $49.99 advertisement. I called them for a minor clog clearance that took all of 1 minute and 39 seconds, but was shocked to find out that they charged me way more than expected.On top of that, their customer ********************** was horrendous. The technicians were rude and dismissive, treating me with no respect. When I questioned the price, they told me I could either pay in cash, or they wouldnt even perform the service. This cash only policy seemed entirely unprofessional, and frankly, it felt like a shady business tactic to avoid tracking their ********** short, this company is dishonest, unprofessional, and overcharges for basic services. They should be held accountable for their false advertising and unfair practices. I will never use them again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear

  I called for a simple kitchen sink clog. The guy was trying to get to do a 350 dollar job before he even started, I said all I need is a simple snake job, tells me I have to pay first , I can feel hes upset I chose not to do the 350 job , then does the job and didnt work and he says goodbye gives me receipt. I call the company and they leave me on the line, tells me there guy said it didnt work , that he needed a bigger machine with a longer line . How is that my fault! Stay away from this company.

  I am so...upset I called this company they weren't able to open my plumbing. They explained they won't be able to do anything unless they open it and it would get damaged. They charged me 49.99 plus **** travel cost and tax 60 for nothing!!!! Really bad business. I didn't mind paying something but $**** travel was never mentioned . Such bad business.

  I had the most horrible experience on Friday September 2, 2022. I called on Tuesday August 30, 2022 and spoke with ***** to schedule an appointment for routine preventive cleaning of 2 traps. I routinely do this annually. I did not have a problem, but rather preventive measures as I have done annually prior to COVID for over 10 years. I later found out that ***** was a manager. She told me that prices have changes and it is $49.95 for each trap; plus an assessment fee of $29.995 + taxes and a $10.00 gas fee which would cost me $152.00. I scheduled the appointment for Friday between the hours of 7: a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Please bear in mind that I should not have been charged an assessment fee since there was no problem to assess. I wrote the check for $152.00 and waited for the service man. The service man arrived a few minutes before 10 a.m. and proceeded to do his work. He advised me that I had 4 tree root problems which can get worse and affect my sewer line and that he can treat it with a powder to stop the spread which would cost $125.00 + taxes. I approved for him to do that. He went to the truck and ****** back the powder and was done in 5 minutes. He then told me that my total cost is #***.00. I told him that I needed an explanation how he arrived at $***.00 since $125.00 + taxes would be an additional $136.09 which when added to $152.00 would mean that my bill should be $288.09.. He said I owed him $***.00 and that he is calling the office. He cannot accept 2 checks and that I need to rewrite a new check. I told him that I will be calling the office also for an explanation. I called 5 times. Was hung up on; was told that I needed to speak with ***** (manager) and I needed to hold on - she was in the bathroom. The service man said to pay $286.00 but I am still waiting on an explanation of the charge. I was told that ***** will call me back tomorrow. My signature was forged - I did not sign. Stay away from them. They did not provide a warranty also.
