    Received package of 2 keto items in the mail! I did not order these items.Resealed bag, return to sender; refuse item ; inserted note telling them I didnt order this and if charges come through I will report them to BBB. I need to wait for back statement to see if any charges! I took photos of all merchandise and returned package! Read complaints ************* needs to be Closed and charged a Big Fine!!!Scam scam scam

    Ordered once. I am unable to stop or cancel. I have tried and blocked cards, gone through everything I have. No valid website and no one helping. There has to be a lawyer in the *** area willing to take them on. Everyone is being scammed.

    I saw an ad for blood sugar pills, now believe them to be a placebo, and missed the minuscule print at the bottom for no thanks on the additional keto gummies and air pods. Got billed for the sugar pills, then two weeks later was charged over $200 for the keto pills and pods. I didnt want them, and now want to return them for a refund. No confirmation email received from purchase. No paperwork received with purchase advising on return process. Scam, scam, scam.

    Your company is a scam. I want my money back. I have canceled my debit card . You are telling me you cant find an account for me which is a lie. My bank is coming after you.

    I didnt know that this was a monthly subscription!!!! They lead me to believe it was a one time thing!! I tried calling them, but they told me that they didnt have any record of my account!! They turned out to be a scam!!! Ill have to talk to my bank!!!

    Scam!!!! No e-receipt no website no paper receipt in PKG to be able to cancel. I'm going to have to go through my bank and report fraud I cannot get below the one star

    My bank found $480 in charges over past three months for products I did not order.My bank reversed the charges and cancelled my card.This was after I contacted the company and was hung up on.Be careful with these guys

    I saw free Biologic Trim keto gummies and cleanse online (pay for shipping only, on 9/6/2022 $6.49 and $7.48) thought I'd try them. The keto gummies taste absolutely awful. Now I'm dealing with this bait and switch type enterprise then keep charging your card once they have it. I regret that I did click on the original order. Now, I'm dealing with multiple unauthorized charges, 9/13/2022 for $97.57, 9/20/2022 for $72.97, 10/13/2022 $86.45, 10/14/2022 $82.31 for a total of $339.30. I've tried to contact the company to terminate the charges and any additional orders and have them refund my money. None of my attempts have been answered. These companies are horrible.
