      They don’t deserve a star at all! Our garbage hasn’t been picked up in 6 weeks. I contacted them and they said that the driver didn’t see the cans. The cans have been in the location for the last 7 years. Then was accused of the cans being in a difficult place for the truck. They said the cans were at the bottom of the driveway, I sent pictures to them and still nothing. I will never recommend Ace Carting to anyone, but I see that we are not the only one having issues with Ace Carting. Please come and get your trash cans off my property!

      ACE carting failed on many occasions to pick up my garbage and recycling. They then stopped servicing my area and have left the bins on my property for almost 90 days and counting. I have been promised pick up of their property MANY times and they still remain on my property. They billed me for services not supplied as they failed to pick many times in the months preceding dropping service in this area. Not only is it poor business practice but illegal to bill for service not provided. Next stop, Attorney General. and small claims action. VERY POOR business practices. If I could leave 0 stars it would be more accurate.

      I wish I could give this company zero
      stars. I’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism and non communication. I paid for weekly trash and recycling pickup with this company. They picked up for three weeks right on time but then completely stopped with no reason given. They didn’t pick up for four weeks straight. I emailed but received no reply. When I called and finally spoke to someone after about a twenty minute wait, they assured me the trash would be picked up soon but it never was. I called on three separate occasions and received the same reply yet, my auto payment was still happening. I finally switched to a different waste management company and I asked for a refund from Ace but still have not received it.

      Ace Carting has not picked up my garbage in over 6 weeks. I understand shortage of drivers however 6 weeks is over the top, especially many conversations with ace/County waste representatives assuring me that the garbage will be picked up that week. Totally unsatisfied with Ace carting/County waste
