      I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Larrys Design, particularly regarding their poor communication and handling of my ****** ******* shades order. I ordered shades through them, trusting their reputation, but they failed to disclose that a significant portion of my order wouldnt be included in the initial delivery. I only found out on the day of installation, which left me without the shades I needed for weeks on end.Its now been over 6 weeks, and I am still waiting. The constant delays and lack of clear updates have been frustrating. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a company representing a premium brand like ****** *******. I would advise others to be cautious if expecting timely and transparent service.
