    December 31, 2024. Placed order for four 11x14 posters to be delivered to my home address. Price was $54 and the transaction was shown in my bank account on January ********. I was provided a tracking number and the item(s) got as far as ******. After waiting several days , contacted the seller and was told to contact the shipper (****) who advised me to contact the seller to have a complaint filed which I did and also requested that they re-fill and re-ship the order. The seller assured me they would do that. They have not. I have contacted them (Craft Central **** several times both by their email and by phone and have yet to receive any indication that the items will be reshipped. It has now been 44 days.Once the order was placed and paid for my end of the transaction was complete. I should not have been responsible for the shipping and/or loss of said items. To date date the seller has been either unable or unwilling to complete this transaction in good faith. I Simply want either the items delivered ASAP or an immediate refund.

    On Dec 19, 2024 I placed an order of 4 posters from Craft Central Company. I paid for expedited shipping so that the order would arrive on time to be a gift for the recipient. Per the company website, orders would be received within 2-3 days once shipped. Ten days later, I still had not received any shipping updates or confirmation that the order had even been printed. I reached out to the company for an update on 12/29 and received a response that neglected to answer my question about an order update. The reply stated The expedited shipping states that once shipped it would arrive I. 1-3 days but our time frame to ship is 7-10 business days we are just super busy at this time. We are doing everything we can to ship orders in the time frame promised. If you prefer to just have it ship standard rather then priority mail we can of course refund the expedited shipping fee. Plz let us know. We hope this helps In response, I emailed on 12/30 that I did want a refund of my expedited shipping fee and wanted standard shipping, given that the occasion for this gift had already passed. I also requested a specific update about my order number, as there was no information given about whether the posters were in printing queue yet. I never got another reply. I sent another email on 12/31 and did not get a response. An email came through on 1/3 that my order was to be shipped, with no information about my request for standard rather than priority shipping. I finally received the order on 1/7/25 but there was an additional item that I had not ordered in the package. I was not satisfied with the quality of the items. I contacted the company on 1/8 and again on 1/12 by email to request details on their return policy, listed on their website as follows: We guarantee every customer is happy with their purchase or we will always accept a return for a full refund. No one has replied to any of my questions. I submitted a review which is conspicuously absent from the website.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Craft Central Company regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    No action was taken to uphold the terms of service posted in writing on their public-facing website. The business only responded to me once my credit card company submitted a chargeback. The business did not accept a return or refund.

    I ordered 13 posters from this company as gift on 4/14 Order #***** confirmed for $117.30 The items were received on May 3rd. The quality of the items were not poster quality and poor quality in general. They appeared to be ****** copyrighted items downloaded and the used as a reprint. The one item that was poster quality sent to me was something that I did NOT order and also communicated as such. The larger posters were in particularly bad visually with poor quality. It looked like when images enlarged into larger size they were blurry. On May 4th following their instructions to send request for return prior to returning the items I did so. I did not hear a reply so I resent my second email request on 5/11/24, i do not have faith in this company due to the delay, the product outcome and service and that is why I asked for a refund. If they would correct their work that is an option too, although not my preferred as I am not sure it will be fulfilled appropriately, ************************************************************** From: ********************* <****************>Date: May 4, 2024 at 9:39:40PM EDT To: ******************************* Subject: Request for refund : Order #***** confirmed ??These items I received yesterday were intended to be gift for a creative media person who likes ******. The poster order is incredibly disappointing. The quality especially the 13x7 carrousel in particular is the worst. It looks like a jpg that was not meant to be enlarged and was anyway impacting the quality. The poster is low visual quality grainy and poor execution.The smaller posters appear to be regular card stock vs poster quality. Also a large festival poster was included in the order that was not ordered and I dont want anyone to miss their items if it was inadvertently added to mine in error.*********************

    This company claims that their scented products smell like certain ****** scents, going as far as claiming it is their own secret formula identical to the fragrance of the attractions. These are absolutely false descriptions, they smell NOTHING like what they are described as. I requested a return/refund because of this, and did not get a response until the third time reaching out, and only received a response because I stated I would start a dispute on the charge. They refused to allow a refund and threatened that if I disputed the charge they would file and win and a countersuit. Over a 20 something dollar order they refuse to make right, knowing they are false advertising, attempting to delete any negative reviews etc. I want to return the opened but unused products for a refund, or I will dispute the charge with my bank.

    The company did finally reply to an email, but still refused to honor their satisfaction guarantee. I was able to file a complaint with Amazon pay,  and I was refunded after their investigation.

    I placed an order with this company on August 16, 2022. After receiving the product a couple of weeks later, I contacted the company because their product didnt work. I asked how to go about receiving a refund. I got an email back saying they were on vacation and to email them again on September 5. On the same day, I received a text message from someone named ****** who told me they were a part of the company. She told me once again, that they were on vacation, but that they recently changed their formula and would be happy to send me a new product instead. I thanked her and agreed and never heard from her again. I have emailed the company, reached out to them on their customer service page, and also texted the number that originally texted me and I have heard absolutely nothing from them. I have never received a refund, and I have never received a new product. I even left a review for them on their website hoping that it would spark some sort of interest in responding to me but I have heard nothing. I just want my money back.
