    I was really wary of buying because of the reviews here but then I just couldn't help myself because the scent notes seemed more specific than other similarly themed companies. I was on the **** for the scent of ********************. I actually had a pretty good experience. I chalk the difference up to the fact that people don't go to BBB to leave reviews unless something has gone wrong, but since the status here almost kept me from ordering I felt like I should circle back. So here is what I would say:*Shipping speed was great *Packing was fine but not great. There were some oil spots in the box indicating leaking but no bottles seemed less full then they should have been. One fragrance spray bottle was fully sealed with a peel back under the s**** off top, one had the seal but it looked like it dissolved partially, two others had no seal but the s**** top seemed sufficient *Fragrances were all good but not necessarily recognizeable as smells I experienced at ******* The Flight of Passage spray is like a generic ocean fragrance, Animal kingdom Lodge had a strong clove note that was kind of medicinal and notably different then the warm, cozy woody smell of the actual lodge. It would be nice around Christmas. Marshmallow fireside is my fav, smoky vanilla. Ice Cream Parlor smells like generic super sweet vanilla. My kids like it. The scents all last a long time which is pretty rare with sprays. I haven't diffused the oils (I got AKL and Flight of Passage) yet but they smell good in the bottles.Overall, I'm happy with. my purchase, pricing, quality, and customer service. I might order again, but I don't think the scents are especially reminiscent of ****** or their namesakes.

    There is no scam at all the item was lost in the mail and we reshipped it and it is showing as delivered. We sadly cant control **** but we always will work with our customers to make sure there products do arrive

    I ordered items on December 7th, was given a tracking number on December 20th, today the tracking number still shows as pre-shipment with the post office still not having received it. I have tried contacting the company to try to figure out the issue but they have not responded to texts or emails in regards to it.
