    This company constantly has been calling and harassing family who I don’t even talk to. I don’t even know how this so called company even got their phone numbers, cause I don’t even have them! I don’t believe this company believes in integrity and privacy, because they are not allowed to release any information to anyone. Yet here they are releasing info about a so called “claim” that I do not have. I check my credit report regularly, and I know for a fact that I don’ t have any debt. This is absurd and ridiculous. I mean they don’t even bother calling my phone! They call people who I don’t even have contact with, good to know these scammers know how to get phone numbers from people I don’t talk to, but yet can’t manage to call me. I honestly just wish for them to stop, or send me the paperwork for this so called “claim” instead of harassing and threatening saying they will take me to court. This has been going on for years, I do believe if this was suppose to be going to court I think it would of happened by now.

    LSH Holdings strives to provide the highest quality of service to our clients and our client's consumers. Therefore, LSH Holdings regrets hearing otherwise and takes these matters very seriously. Thank you for bringing Ms. *****'s complaint to our attention and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.

    According to the notes and phone recordings attached to Ms. *****'s account, the representative contacted the phone numbers provided for the delinquent account and left messages for a return phone call. Messages were left on 6/30/2022 at 11:40am EST, 7/7/2022 at 11:25am EST and a final message on 7/19/2022 at 10:14am EST. Records show Ms. ***** never contacted our office or spoke to any representative associated with our company to find out what account this was in regards to. Unfortunately, at this time we have to disagree with the claims being made by Ms. ***** but none the less we have ceased all communication on the account and no further contact will be made.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    This does not solve anything, putting that you made 3 attempts, really? Try many. And multiple voicemails, not on one phone number but ALL phone numbers. Once again the so called “numbers” or “references” you have is a bunch of crap. They contacted me through Facebook to tell me they are getting phone calls for me and why I put them down, once again I don’t have their numbers, so I’d really like for you LSH Holdings to tell me how you got the information? Cause you sure can’t find my number to call me direct. You call and harass people who I have ZERO contact with. So no this does not solve the complaint, it doesn’t even solve the issue! This company is a bunch of scammers! Once again if they were so bent on taking me to court, there would already be papers sent to my address! But nothing! The voicemails were nothing but harassing, and saying they would have a sheriff come to my house to arrest me. News flash, I can’t be sent to jail for something that I don’t owe! Now if you so kindly send me the paperwork to prove I have debt, I’ll have my lawyer look at it to make sure it’s legitimate. But until further, stop harassing people!
