    An individual named Kelly T*****, a representative with this company's "location services" (her words) called me and left a message (see picture). The message stated she needed to discuss scheduling delivery of "certified documentation that will be requiring your signature." She then stated I would be "placed on a schedule for service for Monday out to my residence and or place of employment."

    I called the number left in message to gather more info. Immediately I was asked to verify address and SSN. I stated I would not do that over the phone as I had no idea as to whom I was speaking nor the name of a company or reference as to what this matter pertained. She said she was with LSH Holdings as part of their "location services". She then rambled off an address and asked me to confirm. I stated if they believe they already have my contact info. they can send any info. in writing to me as I have never received written documentation of anything from a Kelly T***** or LSH Holdings.

    I then reminded her that the **** is the only entity that can deliver legitimate certified mail. I also told her that no one is allowed to harass anyone in-person at work. I told her I was looking up the company information online and I wanted to see if they had BBB accreditation. She continued to threaten to send someone to my house or place of employment on Monday and then hung up on me.

    This has to be one of the most unprofessional and illegitimate ways to work with customers. Most people want to do the right thing and will do so when the proper channels are utilized and laws are followed. Any legitimate company or debt collector will provide information in writing and work with you by providing options to settle your debt.

    I am requesting this company no longer contact to me. If this is related to any debt, I have the right to request all information pertaining to the date be mailed to be in writing so I can verify and validate and move forward with settling that debt.

    This company called me and told me they were an attorney and that a court order had already been filed. I thought I was mediating with an attorney and just saw an ad that they were scamming me into thinking they were something they were not. They lied by saying they contacted me several times about a debt that I’m not even sure how they got. They harassed me at work. I have no idea who this company even is and they are certainly not who they said they were, but they’re taking money out of my account because they made me believe they were lawyers and I was being sued.

    In the process of dealing with them one person hung up on me and made me think I had no control so I’m paying a company I’ve never heard of money I don’t have because of feeling threatened.

    I asked them for proof but they said they didn’t have to provide if. I’m unable to ask for proof in writing because they refused to give me an address “for the safety of the employees”.

    Thank you for bringing Ms. ******** complaint to our attention, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. According to the notes and phone recordings attached to the account, at no point did the representative state they were an attorney or anything to do with a court order or being sued, those words were never mentioned once in the 39 minutes and 4 phone calls Ms. ******** made to our office.  No one from this company ever contacted Ms. ******** at her job, there were only 2 attempts made and those were both at her primary cell number attached to her account.  The represenative worked with her to get the lowest payments available to satisfy her delinquent account and Ms. ******** agreed to make $71 monthly installments until the account was satisfied.  Ms. ******** contacted us 5 weeks later asking if she was able to settle out the account later for less than what she owed, and the representative advised her she could. Unfortunately, at this time, we have to strongly disagree with the claims being made by Ms. ********.  Howeve, we have placed her account in a Cease-and-Desist status to ensure no further communication will be made going forward and removed all the future payments.

    Company called me on Tuesday 20th. At first it was a guy with a No Caller ID telling me that he has a certified letter for me to sign then asked if anyone called me to let me know about it. I told him know and then he said "dang they should have called you sorry about that. I am not suppose to do this but here is a number to call and ask them what this is about" I called and they asked if he gave me the number because this was an outbound call center.... To summarize the rest of the call this was a deceitful practice the company utilized in order to induce fear. I do not ow them money as they bought my debt from the original creditor. I was duped into signing an agreement to pay once a month. They totally caught me off guard. I have since disputed the charge with my bank and put in a stop payment for any recurring charges.
    I will not be bullied into making payments from a 3rd party debt collector. They have also call my family and friends asking if they know me. My father has received numerous phone calls and so has my son. This needs to stop! I will be sending out a cease and desist letter out in the mail today. Please stop with these aggressive collection tactics.

    Thank you for bringing Mr. ******* complaint to our attention, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.  According to the notes and phone recordings attached to the account, there was only one phone call made to Mr. ***** and that was on 6/19/23 at 12:47pm to the phone number provided on the account. There were no attempts made to his son, father or friends as Mr. ***** claims. On 6/19/23 Mr. ***** set up an arrangement to pay back the outstanding balance with a representative. On 6/22/23 we received an email from Mr. ***** stating he wanted to cancel the arrangement and to cease communications with him. At that point we removed all scheduled payments and there has been no contact since, and his account was moved to Cease and Desist status.  Unfortunately, at this time, we have to strongly disagree with the claims being made by Mr. *****. However, we have placed his account in a Cease-and- Desist status to ensure no further communication will be made going forward.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
    I do not know who Mr. ***** is that they referred to in their response. (Please see document that I attached) I would like to have this removed from credit report and no other collection attempts made by company. When they call it says No Caller ID. I have had a few of these calls recently in which I answer and then hang up once I hear a voice. I have a voicemail from LSH Holdings that was a minute and a half long that I saved on my phone from Tuesday July 11th Who is Mr *****? Not me

    This company constantly has been calling and harassing family who I don’t even talk to. I don’t even know how this company got their phone numbers. This company does not believe in integrity and privacy, because they are not allowed to release any information to anyone by law. Yet here they are releasing info about a so called “claim.” They don’t even bother calling my phone! They call people who I don’t even have contact with, these scammers know how to get phone numbers from people I don’t even talk to, but yet can’t manage to call me. I honestly just wish for them to stop, or send me the paperwork for this so called debt instead of harassing and threatening saying they will take me to court.

    See full business response attached.  Partially transcribed below.  See full attached:  Thank you for bringing Mr. ******* complaint to our attention, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. According to the notes and phone recordings attached to the account, there were attempts made to contact Mr. ***** at the phone numbers attached to the account on 4/11/2023 2:44pm and 4/12/2023 12:19pm.  Mr. ***** contacted us on 4/12/2023 at 12:38pm from the phone number that was on his account and spoke to a representative and advised them that he did want to take care of the outstanding account and would call us back with the payment method.  At 1:20pm on 4/12/2023 Mr. ***** contacted us again and requested a letter with the account information and details of the delinquent account before setting up a payback method.  The information was emailed to Mr. ***** at 1:27pm and we haven't heard back.  On 4/14/2023 at 10:43am the representative reached out to Mr. ***** at the phone number he called us with and left a follow up message.  There has been no more contact after that nor has anybody spoken to anyone else besides Mr. ***** regarding this matter.Unfortunately, at this time, we have to strongly disagree with the claims being made by Mr. *****.  However, we have placed his account in a Cease-and-Desist status to ensure no further communication will be made going forward.

    This aggressive business called five phone numbers today and the people were rude. When calling back the first person that calls about delivering forms doesn't ever answer the phone or have a voicemail. There is another number given by you on the voice mail and that's where it seems like it can be a scam. How dare they call family and people not even related to me. I plan to also file a complaint with the attorney general's office in both NY where they claim to be located and my state.

    This company is calling me and leaving voicemails saying they have documents that require my signature and I need to be home on a certain day and time to sign for them. First of all, no one will ever be notified of being served. Second of all, I was home at the day and time they claimed to be serving these papers and no one showed up. They have called my mother, brother, and father (who lives in a different state and I have no relationship with). These are scare tactics and they are illegal. It is harassment. They have absolutely no right to contact my family members with any kind of information about me. I demand that they cease and desist all further communication with me and my family or I will be consulting with a lawyer to stop the harassment. What they are doing is illegal by Florida law.

    on 6/24/2022 I provided a settlement payment to this company for a debt. As of today, this debt remains in unpaid status on my credit report(s). This needs to be updated and corrected as soon as possible. I have also reported this information to the credit bureaus. This feels like fraud and it needs to be fixed immediately. Correction to credit report or refund my money so I can settle this debt another way.

    LSH Holdings keeps calling my family members who have never EVER been in contact with this company.

    The latest call was on 01/3/23 at 12:57 pm. They DO NOT have permission to call them or myself. Why they are calling my family and leaving them messages is beyond my understanding! Does that not mean they stole those phone numbers via phishing? Is that not illegal for any sort of company to do? The person who called was Terry L***** who wants me to be available on Thursday 01/5/23 at either my home or at work to serve me some sort of papers. From 12-3 pm.

    This company has also called my place of employment and left a recording, but that time they were looking ******* *********. This was on 12/14/22. I was not the only one at my work who got that same call on 12/14/22 by this company.

    I have no idea who LSH is. And they have no permission whatsoever to be calling my family members. Their phone numbers show up as SCAM calls on my cellphone.

    There we're two numbers given. One was###-###-####. I called the second number *** *** **** to find out what the problem was. They told me they couldn't tell me a thing without verification of my name. Should they not be able to verify who I am by my phone number since they're not only calling me but my family members (whom again should never be called)? Nor should this company have access to their phone numbers.

    I need LSH to cease and desist their calls to my family members and myself.

    Thank you for bringing Ms. *****'s complaint to our attention, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. According to the notes and phone recordings attached to the account, there was an attempt to contact Ms. ***** on 1/3/23 and one other attempt on 1/5/23 to contact Ms. ***** at the phone numbers attached to the account from her application. We received a call on 1/3/23 at 2:36 pm from the primary phone number attached to the account and this complaint. The person calling stated she was a friend of Ms. ***** and used to live with her. The woman wanted to know why we wanted to speak to Ms. *****, and the representative advised that due to third-party disclosure, they could not provide that information. Regarding the issue of the calls she was receiving at her place of employment on 12/14/22, that could not have been our company; we did not receive Ms. *****'s account until 12/19/22 and also never had a ******* ********* in our system. Unfortunately, at this time, we have to disagree with the claims being made by Ms. *****. However, we have placed her account in a Cease and Desist status to insure no further communication will be made going forward.

Thank you for bringing Mr. ******** complaint to our attention and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.  According to the notes and phone recording attached to the account, Mr. ****** contacted the office and spoke to the first representative who did inform he was contacting LSH Holding, Mr. ****** then advised he has an attorney who will be handling this matter. The representative transferred Mr. ****** to the correct department where he was advised we can no longer discuss the matter and needed his attorney info so we can contact them going further. Mr. ****** would not give the representative the information and disconnected the call.  The account was put in Attorney Representation and no further contact has been made.  Mr. ******** account has been moved to cease and desist status, no further contact will be made.

    I have been contacted a repeated number of times by this company to setup a payment plan for a debt that I allegedly had, I initially setup a payment plan with them but after reviewing my records I do not see that debt in my credit report, so I cancelled the payment plan. I requested verification of the debt via mail and I was made fun off by the representative saying they can not believe I am requesting a letter in this "age" and that a phone call or email should be sufficient. They have left me and my family members multiple messages threating delivery of legal documents If I do not pay. These calls have become harassing in nature and I do not appreciate the threats of legal action, neither the voicemails being left to my family members about a debt that should be a private matter. I am requesting a cease and desist to be put in place regarding this matter, and that no contact is made again to either me or my family members as I do not even see this debt in my credit report.

    According to the notes and phone recordings attached to the account, Ms. ******* set up an arrangement with a representative on 8/18/2022 and made 2 payments before the account went into default. There were several attempts to get Mrs. ******* back on an arrangement and at no point did Mrs. ******* explain that she didn't want to take care of the delinquent account due to this account not being on her credit report. None the less we have closed Mrs. ********s account ceased all communication on the account and no further contact will be made.
