I will be sueing this company as they have not furnished any contract with my signature on it from a fraudulant account being open that I am not aware of. It is my understanding that it is illegal to purchase debt and place on a persons credit report. I have made contact with my attorney and hope that this fraudulant company goes on the list of the other agencies that are operating illegally.

1 starI spoke to one of the Associate today 06/27/2024 at 9:43 am about a debt I owe. She told me that I was refusing to comply because I wouldn't go in dept with another credit card that I had. I clearly told her that I was willing to start payments in September. She tried to bully me in to using my other credit card that I barley use.Review fromPrudy W

The company is run by fake identities, and placed a false case against me.
What gave them the confidence to do so? They were represented by a law firm with non-existing or taken-over profiles.
Without prior notice, they filed a small claims case against me about a ****** credit card debt. I'm not aware ****** issues credit cards.
And then the ********* County Court commissioner, Katryna ***** R*****, appears to be a lawyer. When I mentioned stalking and fake identities, she (on the record) suggested I share my evidence with the fake identity lawyer "Emma S*******."

To whom it may concern,
I being sured for a debt. So, for the 2 months. I have reached out and nothing as be fruitful… I was trying to set up a payment plan. So I called MULTIPLE MULTIPLE TIMES. Thanks called and after calling many different organizations abs finally got the right place and so!!! I have reached out left voicemails and the they have email process where you can email them and of nothing from that. So, I was mailed county document from the city in which I live. Notice states motion for default. Basically saying I have not done my diligence! I went into debt because of Covid and spent weeks living in my car in extremely high heat and moisture. It’s been horrible 3 years for me. I’ve been trying to stay afloat. I have been dealing with mental illnesses and was even hospitalized. I very frustrated, specially trying to work with them. I can’t afford a lawyer or even pay to file for bankruptcy.DNF Associates

Today, I received a call from a man who works for this company. I asked about a payment plan and his response was "pay it all now, by the end of the month, or get sued", offering no other options when I inquired about a payment plan. This lout was wreckless with his words and attitude. I understand what your job is, but there's no reason to act unprofessional. A little decorum goes a long way.DNF Associates
