    Bought a brand new washing machine *******, with extended warranty.2 months later it leaked substantial amounts of water damaging my ******************* is avoiding fixing this. The home repair company is a scam ( look them up on BBB )******* is in on this. Every time they schedule an appointment they cancel, 4 times now.Every time I call out of work costing me a lost more money. Every time I call its another hour lost for the same BS story and run ********************* is doing this to thousands of people and it MUST STOP.Just ****** Primary Contact *** **** Nam Head of Customer Relations and ********************** so obvious and out in the open that I am being scammed.Its crazy to me that this level of robbing people out of money in plain daylight is ************************* has zero intention of honoring this warranty or refunding my money.Something must be done, please help **** spent all my money on this washer,I called out of work 4 times I dont have money for a new washer.I have taking over 12 hours away from my family to get BS on the phone over and over again.PLEASE HELP ME and PLEASE HELP STOP THESE CRIMINALS Begging you to do something.Thank you!Home Service Network Inc *************************************************************************************

    The business moved appointments without consulting me and refused to honor initially scheduled dates. This resulted in a loss of work time.

    I purchased a ******* fridge in 19. The fridge is out of warranty, except warranty coverage for the ice maker. I called ******* on 3 May 24. Reported 4 issues: water dispenser not working, control panel on middle drawer not functional, ice maker leaking, and the freezer light not working. Ticket issued by ******* and referred to Home Services Network (HSN). I spoke with ***, told them the 4 things that weren't working on the fridge. HSN dispatched a tech to repair a week later. Tech didnt show. I called & rescheduled appt for the next week. Tech showed up but said he could only fix the ice maker (warranty) Tech was pleasant. I called HSN back. *** said they could only fix one thing at a time, and the other work wasn't covered under warranty. HSN sent to *******. Called ******* and told them the problems again. ******* initially said the H20 dispenser would be covered under warranty. ******* told me their system could only track one problem at a time. ******* updated the ticket and sent me back to ***. HSN said I would be charged $120 for a diagnostic fee plus parts and labor. I went back to ******* - they said the H20 would not be covered under warranty after all. I called HSN to tell them I have their written diagnosis on the fridge and asked why I was being charged a diagnostic fee when they didn't fix the problems the second time (1st time, was no show). HSN said since the initial visit was covered under warranty, so diagnostic work doesnt count. I questioned the rationale on this, but no luck. On 28 May, tech shows up at 6:15p (service window was 12-6p). I ask if he has the parts to fix all 3 things with fridge. He says no - just the H20 dispenser. If HSN had to come back, they would charge me ANOTHER $120 plus parts and labor since HSN will only fix 1 problem time at a time. So fixing this fridge with HSN, would require paying 3 charges of $120 (3 appts because they only fix one thing at a time) PLUS parts and labor.

    I initially contacted ******* to receive service on my 1.5 yr old refrigerator for a water dispenser/ice taste issue on March 25th, 2024. They assigned me a case number, and indicated HSN *** is their authorized service provider. I scheduled an appointment for April 1st which required rescheduling. Since then, I have had 4 more tickets opened since this initial contact. HSN cancels the ticket for various reasons and then I need to call ******* for a new one and try to get in touch with HSN to schedule an appointment bc the call during business hours when I am in wirk meetings and no business name comes on callerid to know its them. Sine the latest cancellation on Monday, but I have sent two emails to the email provided on their texts to indicate I still want the service and agree to the charges. No response. I just spent 16 min on hold and had to leave a voice mail. I want my refrigerator serviced and after all this inconvenience I shouldn't have to pay their fee either.

    I was supposed to have a service technician come to my house to fix my washing machine on February 5 between the hours of 12 noon and 6 PM. After numerous calls throughout the day and leaving messages because no living person picked up the phone it is now 622 and I cant get in touch with anybody. The company didnt have the common courtesy to call me to tell me that they werent coming or Give any reason why I would not be getting my service today.
