    A legal company called ************ Services reached out to me to say I had a balance with ******** and that they were going to file something at the *************************************** if I didn't make payments within 24hours. I'm trying to make sure this is a legitimate company. I have made a payment to them. When I called Ace Cash they said they sent my loan to a Cusco Capital agency. I have called them numerous times and no one answers. I'm not trying to be scammed if I don't know if the company requesting the funds, or harassing phone calls are legitimate. I have encountered some fraudulent acts recently, and I am being more cautious with who I give my information to.

    You people literally contacted family that I have not spoken to in roughly 10 years to harass them about something that has been paid off and taken care of in 2019. And for you to contact me within the last week and threatened to take me to court saying that you contacted me more than once to my father not even me you gave my personal information to my father is ridiculous. And then when I contact your company in order to actually discuss what happened and you people don't answer the phone and I called right as you open like I don't know what kind of donkey show you're running out there, but you people need to be put in your place by the Better Business Bureau and I hope that y'all are investigated by the *** because it is insane that you people think you have the right to contact people who had nothing to do with that original debt give out my personal information and get away with it.

    I was informed of a lien on 11/30/23 that I had no recollection of at all. I have never been contacted via phone, mail, email nor never heard of a Cuzco Capital Investment Mgmt, LLC.. This is a 5 year old issue for a closed account, which I have never been contacted by in any way shape or form in any year. I called Mariner Finance and they said I have to call them, yet their number isn't valid. It has been a back and forth issue to get this handled for a car I no longer have.

    I received a call today from United Law Firm (6 calls to be exact) being harassed stating that they have been trying to contact me repeatedly and also claimed to have showed up to my house to subpoena me for court. They called my mother as well and then sent me a text message stating they were at my house. They obviously were not at my house. When I called the number provided they told me that they were suing me on behalf of Ace Cash Express. When I called Ace they explained to me that my debt was bought out by Cuzco. I have never been contacted by mail, phone, etc by Cuzco to pay the debt. I cannot contact them either since I have attempted to call them and email them to ask about the debt. I am now under the assumption that Cuzco is working with United to access the debt.

    On Oct 16,2023 I was contacted by a ******************* who claims that he needed to make arrangements with my Wife or I to serve us papers on a 12 year old debt that he says belongs to my wife from a Company called Rapid Cash/Speedy Cash. Even after telling ************ that my wife and I never use these types of businesses and why contact us after 12 yrs. of any debt? although we can't get any reasonable answers from him he does tell us to call another company that has the information on this debt. I asked him if some other company has a debt due by us then why is he calling? Shouldn't they call? After 12 years they claim my wife owns money. Not true. We have NO PROOF OR ORIGINAL DOCUMNETS OF HER SIGNATURE ,NO PROOF THAT THE ORIGINAL COMPANY GAVE THEM WRITTEN PERMISSION TO APPROCH US FOR ANY DEBT. WE DON'T KNOW IF ANY PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE ON THIS DEBT. basically its just a ONE SIDED story .I see many complaints on CUZCO CAPITAL INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT,LLC witch is privately owned under a limited liability company portraying to be some type of legal entity witch in my mind is against the law. I am sending this Company a certified letter along with 7 pages of Complaints against them from this BBB site. They need to legally provide the following documents to me with in ******************************* I won't put up with this anymore.

    On July 27,2023 i keep getting calls and my family keeps getting calls from ************************* and Associates out from *************. they are threaten to contact me in person and serve me papers and i need to pay this amount asap. I contacted Speedy cash and they informed me they sold the loan to cuzco capital investments but i never received anything from them and they stated this is a debt from 2013 when i had identity theft. they state that i owe $1500 dollars which i never open an account.

    I was a valued customer at Ace for years without incident before my income decreased and I had trouble paying my loan. *** sold my loan and I was contacted on June 14, 2023 by a letter carrier stating she had a letter I had to sign for. She transferred me to a person at Cuzco and in my panic I hurried off the phone saying I was calling Ace I called Ace and was told my account was no longer with them and to contact the people who has it. I called back but theyre not answering. The letter carrier who contacted me isnt answering either I sent her a text and I sent Cuzco an email. I cant afford to pay them 4 times what I borrowed and ** hoping for another chance to pay my debt thats all; without being taken advantage of. Im a poor person, Im 65 years old with a 35 years old autistic child. We cant afford to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars on top of what I already owe. Im about to cry. I hope they set up a payment plan that I can handle under conditions that will satisfy the company and me. I want to pay them I was going through something and I couldnt pay Ace at the time they sold my loan. I hope Cuzco call me back so I can get a payment plan without them taking me to court. I just need a another chance to pay but not too be ripped off by paying hundreds of dollars that could turn into a couple of thousands. You never know about these companies that have no empathy for the poor.

    My brother received a call on 6/9/23 from a guy stating that I needed to contact them regarding a legal matter. I then called the number and they transferred me to a woman "that was handling the case". This woman said I needed to pay three times the amount I owed Speedy Cash. They threatened that the police would come to my house and serve me some papers. They also said I needed to make a payment that same day and start a payment plan. This just sounds like a scam to me. I then called Speedy cash and they provided me with the number to Cuzco. I called on 6/12/23 and it takes me straight to leave a voice message and so I left a message. I now called 6/13/23 and it says the mailbox is full. I have not received a call back. I believe I am being scammed and all I want is to pay what I owe. Not more than what I owe!!!

    I had a payday loan with ace cash express. They sold the debt to a company who got my familys phone information and is leaving them threatening voicemails. I called ace who gave me the number of Cuzco capital the company they sold my debt to. I Tried calling multiple times with no response. I got another number of The processing center cuzco hired to harass me. They stated their business was call MUTUAL they would not give me their address to verify them but only insisted that Id have to pay three times the amount of money ************************** the option to pay over the phone with a card, which seemed unsecure for any type of personal payment information. I asked if they had somewhere to pay online, they responded no. I have had no contact from this Cuzco company at all. The only contact *** had in regards to any debt is the processing center mutual with the threats of being served and sued. They would not give me any contact information for the law office that was supposedly serving me or where the debt originated from. I feel as though I am being scammed

    Again I have tried to call the number and there was no answer. I have never received any emails or communication via mail to give me a chance to respond to a DOCUMENTED form of comm. I did however receive a call from an UNKNOWN number leaving me a threatening voicemail about being sued again. The number given to call back is a processing center who refuses to give me any information other than the name mutual to confirm the validity of their business but was hired by Cuzco. I am supposed to have been notified via mail and then offered 30 days to respond in the *******************. I will try to call again tomorrow. As the processing center offers me no response other than making a payment over the phone which sounds like a scam. They are very rude when I am asking questions purely for clarification. The calling and harassment of family and threats to send people to my elderly parents house is taking a toll on my mental health as I have tried multiple times to reach out and there is no voicemail option.

    I called the original debtor, who has told me they sold the debt to Cuzco Capital but I am unable to verify the validity of their establishment. Everytime I ask for a response from them I am sent to another company. The email provided is again from a different company-  ****************** & the number again rings and does not have a mailbox.
