    I was placed with the *********************** Purchaser 8/28/2017. In the last year I have paid the same debt and account number 4x without even realizing I did this. I paid one then filed the paperwork and so on and so forth. This company has now said they sold my account to R.O. C. at ************ to whom I never can reach and have left 2 messages already. This company Cuzco Capital needs to be held accountable for sending my debt to multiple places and those places collecting then not showing my debt resolved once I have these letters showing paid in full. The first company I paid and the second I cannot reach by phone and they are disconnected nor do they have any credible information online. This seems to be a scam to me.

    I have an 8 year old debt that I cannot access for the life of me. Ace cash advance sent them my debt and they refuse to answer my calls or my emails. I'd like to pay it off.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    I had an Ace cash debt that got sold to ***** capital and I cannot get ahold of them it's been 8 years and I just need to finish paying off the debt I don't know if it got paid or not

    I just recieved a call(11/15/2022) from hc & associates telling me i was about to be taken to court for a debt from ace cash express from 2016. I called ace to see if this was valid, i was informed this debt was sold to cuzco capital. I called cuzco capital with 0 response. I have not recieved anything from them pertaining to paying this back or anything. I will not be scammed and as i see it this is a scam.

    Ace cash express sold my $150 past due amount to Cuzco Capital. Yesterday my family members received phone calls from ************* Services asking for my location and contact information. I was able to reach ************* Services this morning, and they informed me that they will be serving me papers on behalf of Ace Cash Express. They refused to provide an office address or company website to legitimize the company. They never left a single voicemail, not Have I ever received a letter from either ************* Services OR Cuzco Capital. This does not follow the law regarding debt collection. A legitimate company would send me a letter with repayment information, an email with repayment information, or leave a voicemail with repayment information. These companies have done none of the above, and instead harassed family members and threatened legal action without any prior communication or notification.
