    In March 2024, the center aquamarine stone fell out of my LeVian ring. Luckily I had the stone and was able to have it sent in for repair. Unfortunately 8 months after getting the ring back, the stone fell out again but this time I was not lucky enough to have found the stone. I was informed that they only guarantee their work for 6 months and it would cost almost $500 to repair and replace the center stone. I obviously decided the repair. They did not fix it correctly the first time so I assume they ***** second time. Very frustrating since it was a gift from my husband after our daughter was born. I will never buy LeVian again and will not recommend to anyone.

    They're awful. The representative told me my ring was mine to do it as I would he would not give me a replacement stone he would not do anything to make it possible for me to trade this ring in or get it repaired and I have had the stone replaced once already! This company took the gimmick of using the cheapest diamonds the black ones in brown ones they call chocolate or nothing more than the worst impure diamonds of them all and they made them designer called them a pretty name packaged them pretty and are selling a second rate made in ***** ring or jewelry. I suggest you don't even begin to mess with ******* I'm stuck with a $2,000 ring that is worthless

    I bought a necklace for $200 as a gift for my girlfriend. Within 3 months, the topaz and diamond gemstone pendant fell off the chain. I inquired about a refund, but they dont warranty lost jewelry. Stay away from this junk. It might look good but it will fall apart and you will have an empty chain around your neck.

    Diamonds fall out frequently, when I take it back to have them replaced I am treated coldly and unfriendly. I have been told, more than once, that I can take it to another store for this, rather than where I bought it. Beautiful ring, terrible upkeep and experience whenever I take it in.

    have two rings; one is a band with chocolate diamonds and the other is a much more expensive one with multiple diamonds in a design; both rings have had the diamonds fall out and replaced; i just received the band back since one of the diamonds had fallen out again and only wore it for a week and then two diamonds fell out; and not even the same two as previously; very disappointed in the quality and wish i had never spent the money on the items

    I bought multiple Opal and Aquaprase pieces, including rings, bracelet, earrings and necklaces from a Levian show at ***** in ** in March. Within a month, three diamond stones fell of the ring.. It had to be sent back for repair. When i received it back, the design had changed and within 2 weeks, two diamonds fell off again. The bracelet which was with aquaphrase stone and diamonds, had a faulty clasp and just fell. I got that repaired and then a week later, one of the clips broke and the bracelet was on floor again.I went back to the next Levian show in September to get the pieces returned or exchanged for new pieces, but they kept insisting that the exchange can only be one to one item and that too same of less value or pay more for a more expensive piece. That is tough as it means finding an exactly priced item or you lose the money exchanging for a lower value or pay more for a more expensive item. Also, they were forcing me to pick something from the collections in the show where there were limited items. Another alternative they offered was to come back in 6 months for next show. This is ridiculous. I am now stuck with multiple defective pieces that I cannot use, after spending tons of money I also want to highlight that the Levian rep in ***** store (someone with last name Levian) for that show was very rude, mean and made racists' comments at me and my friend.I have made multiple Levian purchases through ***** over years but will not anymore as they keep having issues and also, both ***** and Levian keep pushing the responsibility to each other when issues happen and the customer is left getting no support

    I bought the le Iian opal necklace, earrings, and ring. We have had to have each piece repaired twice so far. We came to the ale Vian show to try to trade since the quality has been so disappointing only to find no matter what we want to trade for we have to spend $500. We were willing to downgrade to ****** and were told regardless we have to spend $500 for each piece. I have been highly disappointed. My ring was my dream ring and the stone has fell out twice now. Its a shame we spent so much money.

    I received an opal engagement ring made by Levian that was beautiful. After 6 months, the large opal in the center turned the color of urine and lost all of its shine. I am aware that you should keep the stone dry and did not wash dishes or shower with it. I went into the ***** Jewelers where it was bought and asked about Levian's return policies. To add insult to injury, the clerk was very rude with ** and told ** we should have never bought an opal ring. We then went to a local jeweler and he explained to ** that there was a matting behind the very cheap opal to make it have an iridescent shine and that matting had failed. I was so excited to wear a piece from Levian, and this experience has been hertbreaking.

    I want to say that I made a complaint to soon I had a ring that was lost after I took it in to Kay's Jewelry and it got lost. ******* at the Kay's I use took care of it she got me another ring to replace the one that was lost It was the same thing so I want to say I should have waited to complain, Sorry to Kay's Jewelry for not waiting.
