    . I will give you a little history on my 9 years I have had this ring. Nine years ago my husband got down on one need and purposes with the most beautiful, special ring I had ever seen. Since this time so many issues have happened. Within the first month the band broke in two, and a diamond fell out. The ring had to be replaced. Four other times over a spand of about six years, diamonds have fallen out and had to be taken in to be replaced. This last time it had only been a month and two more diamonds fell out. Instructions were given to me to send my ring to you directly via the jewelry store that the ring was purchased at(***************, ******** *******). It has been over six months and I still have did not received my ring back, or any information on it. This upsets me immensely, and when it comes down to it on a average I have had to go without my ring almost on a yearly basis due to repairs. To me this is unacceptable for the reasons of simple enjoyment of the piece, and the amount of the original cost of the jewelry. They offered compensation, and all that was sent to me was a bag with a few items.(deck of cards, pen, notepad, key chain, jewelry bag, and of course a catalogue)

    This customer took her ring in through Charm diamonds back in May. Based on the repair history, our team decided to make a new ring through a specials order. Our customer service team contacted the customer stating that we would send the ring back for her to wear due to the production timeframe which she approved. The original ring was sent back in August. The new special ring arrived Wednesday and it is going through our final inspection currently. We apologize for any inconvenience, we value our customers and when something goes wrong, we will always try harder to make it better.

    This new ring that you speak of that is going through final inspection, will need to be sent to me directly, as you have my address on file. Also please explain to me how these items that were sent to me, a compensation for 9 years of issues and lost time. Is this how your customers are treated after patience and misrepresentation of a item, not to mention very poor customer service.

    Terrible.... Jewelry is beautiful, but the diamonds keep falling out. I have three rings out to replace diamonds.
