    Spring Leasing & Management took over our previous management company 'Wavecrest' August of 2021. They cited that ********* wasn't doing their job and they were basically here to save the day. I live in a residential 7 floor building in the Bronx. A huge issue that we cited to our building manager of Spring Leasing for our building was the lack of upkeep. Some of the neighbors would drag their garbage down our hall and stain the carpet. The conversation btwn the building manager and I took place in their 2nd floor ****** of ******* of 2022. He stated they planned on removing the carpet and replace it with wood floor and projected it to be done by June/July of 2022. When I spoke to him again in May, he stated it was approved and they just had to negotiate which companies had the best price. I spoke to him 2 weeks after that, then his story changed that he didn't receive approval and that instead, they were approved for deep cleaning equipment and they would deep clean the carpet....I stated to him the building was filthy, there is trash in the hallways of my floor and he stated he had to fire the last janitor for not doing his job and they were looking for a new one. It is now August, and we do not have a janitor, and the building has yet to be cleaned in over a month. I have filed a complaint with HPD and have not heard anything back yet. The garbage room is crawling with roaches and I even found two in my apartment within the past month and I have never had roaches here.
