    This is the WORST management company you could ever think to rent with. Staff is unable to answer any questions, they exhibit poor training and harassment tactics. If a tenant calls to complain they screen the calls and send them to voicemail. I have tried calling with a different phone number and had my call answered. ************************* never calls anyone back or responds to her emails. You can leave her 5 voicemails and she will respond to a random one of her choosing by calling and not leaving a message. The maintenance staff is great in the building. Outside of the building, tenants need to jump through hoops to get access to services we are entitled to. The company changed over to rent cafe as their online portal, and the system is even more confusing now than it was before. When you call to complain, someone who doesn't know the names of the buildings gives you the run around and then demands that we 'respect the fact that they have multiple properties.' If you cannot handle the volume of your tenants, maybe you shouldn't have so many properties. One star for the poor maintenance staff who do their best.
