    I just placed an order with you for 2 seperate items. one being this bag and I forget the other item like last week so #1. if it hasn't been sent yet please just keep it. 2.please go ahead and cancel my membership that I had no idea I even signed up for.     I went ahead and took their offer off of social media for a shoulder bag. For some reason, I was charged an additional $19.95 so I called in and got ****. She is the best!! She took care of everything and got it all sorted out. She refunded the $19.95 immediately no questions asked. However, something happened and my bag was never shipped. I called back and got **** again and again, true to form, **** got everything taken care of for me and made it right. Mistakes happen, we all know that. Sometimes it is no ones fault. **** is a true asset to this company.

    First off, this company's customer service is excellent. My experience with them was care-free, to say the least. They do what they say they're going to do and any requests or even demands, let's say, (not that I demanded anything but I can tell that if I were to demand something they would go out of their way to try and make it happen. It's just a feeling that developed as communications between us continued. And I have to admit that their products are definitely at least above average in quality. No joke, so don't hesitate if these were an issue. They themselves are a quality batch of polite professionals. Shop free of paranoia for anything at all.. it's all good. I included a few pics of two knives I received from them. Two quality knives, for sure.**************

    I ordered a bag off of them. $4.99 shipping That was it. About a week later on my credit card. I noticed they tried to charge $47.99 without my authorisation. This is a scam Company!

    I am sorry for the confusion. The item ordered was a 14 day trial for an Outdoor Gear Membership. The First package is a Shoulder Bag shipped for only $4.99 shipping and handling. Fourteen days after the order is placed, if the membership has not been canceled, there is a charge of $47 for the 2nd package of merchandise for the Outdoor Gear Membership. We have canceled the Membership for you today. There will be no further charges.

    When I purchased my first product from them, I began to receive a MASSIVE amount of e-mails showcasing different products at $0 to 90% discounted rates every single day! At first, it was a bit overwhelming, and numerous times I thought about unsubscribing. I made the decision not to and let me tell you... IT WAS THE BEST DECISION!!! This company sells survivalist products at insanely discounted rates. I wouldn't consider myself a survivalist or doomsday prepper, but I would consider myself a concerned citizen with everything going on in the country these days. I have a family with four children, and I want to make sure we are fully prepared for anything in the future! -- Today was the first time I had an issue with an order. I was 100% convinced it was of no fault of my own. I reached out to customer service who was willing to fix the issue without even looking into it! That's how great of a company they are!! I refused to accept the replacement item until I was SURE that the issue was indeed their fault. After some back-and-forth e-mails (in which, ON A HOLIDAY, they were prompt to respond) they were able to figure out that the problem was actually MY FAULT! I apologized and let them know that because it was my fault, I would just go ahead and take a refund. I did ask them if they would replace the duplicate item I ordered with one I actually wanted in the first place expecting them to turn me down. THEY ABSOLUTELY DID NOT AND AGREED TO SEND ME THE **** FOR A HUGE DISCOUNT!!! Now this is what I call customer service... I am now a loyal customer for life!!!
