    My husband bought merchandise from this company in the amount of $6.95 on May 6th, 2025. On May 20th, I saw a pending charge that processed on May 21st for $37.00 from this company. It was not an authorized charge. We called all day on May 20th and 21st with no response. It goes to voicemail. We left messages and did not receive a call or email back. I can only assume we were charged for membership but we did not authorize that and were never notified. I'm assuming this based on other complaints. I've called my credit card company to inform them and dispute the transaction.

    This is a scam/fraud. I ordered one item from their site, and they put me into a subscription without my consent. They don't respond to emails, their phone number doesn't work and they contact form on their site doesn't work.

    I visited their website and somehow I now have $70 come out of my account. $69.99 they took. I signed up for nothing like this at all. I would never spend that much on any item from this place. I just called and realized the money was taken out of my account on the 10th of April this year 2025. I just called no answer. I left a message with my name, and call back number as Well as a complaint. I told them if they don't get back to me, they'll hear from my bank who will try to retrieve my money.

    Woke up this morning to a charge for mytactialpromo in my bank account, neither my wife nor myself ordered from this company, don't even know who they are or what they do.

    Several $47 being charged to my credit card. I don't remember signing up for any subscription.

    I am sorry for the confusion. This membership has been canceled and there have been no charges of $47 for this order. Please see attachment. The only charge for this order is $4.99 for the Tacknife you received on 2/15/25 through ****.
