    So they are definitely a legit company. Some of the offers are just pay for shipping and some have a 14 day trial that you are automatically subscribed to. If you do your due diligence and actually read the terms, which sometimes are not mentioned unless you click on tos or toc. If you are enrolled, its very easy to cancel. Either by email or phone, leaving a message. Some of the offers are ok but there are also offers that are totally not worth it. Do your research on the value of the items and youll be fine. All in all they are ok in my book

    On 03-16-2024 I saw a promo for My Tactical Promos, which stated ******** made and supporting veterans, so I thought I would order the 5 boxes, where I was to ******** for shipping which ended up costing $104.85, and use some as gifts. The promo offered did NOT state any where this would be a recurring charge, membership, or monthly anything. I just saw another charge from My Tactical Promos this month (April) on my credit card for $39.99, for what? As stated above, nowhere in the above did it state this was a recurring, membership, or monthly anything.The order that was placed on 03-16-2024 I received 1 small box and 1 bag, not 5 boxes as ordered. Inside the small box were a few cheap items made in *****. What I received definitely was not worth $104.85, not anywhere close. I am very dissatisfied with the products that I received for the amount of money I spent and the fact that I did not receive what was being stated in the promo, 5 boxes.So now I'm out a total of $144.84 and have nothing of value to show for it, the $104.85 for the initial promo and now I'm being charged $39.99 and have not received any other merchandise. This is a scam, fraud, and in my opinion out right theft!

    I don't know how this company got my debit card number but they did. I received a T-shirt in the mail from My tactical promos and saw a charge for $29.95. I thought my husband ordered it. He said that he didn't know anything about it. Since then I have had $29.95 taken from my account monthly .I tried to call this company but it went to voicemail.I had to cancel my debit card and dispute the charges with my bank.My advice is do not do business with this company.

    They were prompt in canceling my subscription. I received the bag at the stated price and it was clearly stated that there was a trial period. The bag itself is decent quality and good for everyday use.

    I put an order together. Did not think I completed it but unsure on that then charges hit my card mytechpromo. That's when I thought my ******** compromised. Canceled payment and got a new card. Then the items were at my door.Ok I need to Pay for these.They were very fast to send a return label But I insisted. That if I ordered I pay and they were fast to send me a link to do so. GREAT JOB FROM SUPPORT. VERY HAPPY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

    Fraud. Scam. This company does create ad in social media and does not clearly shows 14 days trial membership.They act like give away free stuff but paying shipping only but they will charge you monthly membership and sending some stuff dont need. If you sign up something you should get confirmation but they do not send any email or any type of confirmation. Even website you wont see your information like you are brand new customer who created online profile.If you charge stuff and sending items then customer information should have listed but no until they take money away.And customer service girl is rude and will talk over you. stay away from this company.

    I am sorry for the confusion. There are several different offers. The one that was selected by this customer was a Membership offer. This order was canceled and refunded on March 12th.
