    Ive NEVER had a problem with My Tactical Promos EVER!!! So for those of who do maybe just arent patient enough!! When Ive had to reach out I have always been replied to! This company has always been good quality and pretty much prompt! I get it when some companies run specials they get busy-just be patient!

    I have had a pretty good experience with my tactical promos. I have never had a bad experience, so far. They ship fast and they never get the order wrong. They send tracking info. They're alright.

    When I received my order I was completely disappointed and dissatisfied with my merchandise. I immediately gave customer service a phone call but got a recording. I then sent an email. Within 3 hours after I sent an email my issue was 100% resolved. Return was free and a refund was immediately posted to my credit card before I even sent the merchandise back. Their 30 day refund policy and free return policy are totally legit. This company is not a scam regardless of what others might say.. Oh by the way there was a response back from my phone call about an hour after my issue had already been resolved by email. I will not hesitate ordering other products from them!
