    Sorry to see all the negative reviews. I don't order a lot of stuff online, but I saw the recurring $39.95 monthly charge. I received a nice shoulder bag, which my son immediately took ownership of, for the low shipping price. I canceled the membership in time and have had no issues. I am satisfied with the company and its products. Will purchase from them again and will recommend it.

    I ordered a bag for $4.99. It arrived in December 2023. Then I saw two more charges in January for $39.95 and February for $39.95. A tiny USMC-branded knife arrived in a small package with a fishing lure last week which made me check my credit card statement. I contacted the company to find out what they claim I ordered and to get a refund. I do not fish and I was not in the Marines so I wasn't sure why they sent those items.The company replied with one $39.95 refund noting that I ordered this bag: **************************************************** along with a membership that was not clearly disclosed when ordering the bag. "Today You will Only be Charged a Processing & shipping fee of $4.99. After 14 days you will receive a Preppers Box every month and be billed $39.95 per month. You will also receive a conditional gift card of $20.00 to shop at Mytacticalpromos.com for Survivalist Gear. There is no commitment required Cancel any time."The "Preppers box" (only one came but he was charged for two) was a fishing lure and a tiny USMC branded knife. They refunded all charges.

There is no commitment required at all, but it is necessary to contact Customer Support if you do not want to continue. Customer Support was not contacted until February 12th to cancel this. All charges were promptly refunded on February 12th.The offer clearly states the terms of this offer. I am sorry for the misunderstanding: ******************************************************************* *All orders are through the industries best networks ensuring that your order information is secure. All orders include $4.99 ********************* fee. After that you will receive Two Prepper Items every month and be billed $39.95 per month. There is no commitment required and you can reach out to ******************************** to cancel anytime.

    I had an error (on my end) and within 10 minutes of emailing them (no exaggeration) I had a reply AND a full refund of what I did not order. Luckily I immediately noticed on my bank statement so nothing was sent to my address and we were able to avoid returns. Unique and wonderful products with top-shelf customer service! Thanks guys!
