    Be careful with ordering anything from this site, I spent $99.00 on there pay for shipping add and received one order, I contacted them through many emails, now they tell me they dont have my email and dont know what Im talking about, stay away from this company

    I am sorry for the confusion. The Customer had originally contacted us from a different email address than what had been on his order. We initially told him we did not have any order with the email address he was emailing from. We had to ask for further information to locate the customers order. Customer actualy placed Two orders. One order was for $99.85 and one was for $29.95. The Merchandise was shipped and delivered to the address the customer provided when the order was placed. Customer contacted us on October 16th that he was not happy with the merchandise he received. Customers order was fully refunded at that time.

    I noticed a charge on my account, Was not able to get through on the phone so I emailed them and asked them to refund the charges. They DID the very same day!! I was disappointed in the surprise charge but was relieved with the quick and personal response,

As someone interested in tactical gear the prospect of finding all these items in one place seemed like a dream come true. Little did I know that the dream would soon turn into a never-ending nightmare.The First Signs of Trouble: ***************************** As I proceeded to make an online purchase using my valid **** debit card, I ran into my first roadblock. The company had proudly advertised their 24/7 customer service, but when I attempted to reach out for assistance, it became apparent that something was terribly wrong. In conclusion, MyTacticalPromos.com is a company that operates in the shadows of deceit and dishonesty.     Hey there. I am sorry for any confusion. This customer had accidentally added an optional monthly membership during checkout. They contacted customer support via email and our team replied back to them 9 minutes later and cancelled and refunded this membership. We are not a scam, this customer simply made a mistake while submitting his order that has since been resolved promptly as soon as we were made aware of the issue.

    I did not sign up for a monthly membership! I gave 2 stars because so far my phone does charge but I need to cancel this. The item I purchased and received does work well but I have disabled husband and live in hurricane prone area which helped me to fall for the item I thought I was only paying shipping for. Please do not fall for the scam. Read all fine print and know what you are agreeing to. I have no idea how to cancel my mistake!!

    This customer does not have any monthly membership here at our company at all! The customer placed a 1 time order only for 3 waterproof charges and nothing else. I am not sure why there is confusion here. We have membership but they are optional and this customer never ordered anything like that from us.

    Customer placed a merchandise order for One ***** Mystery GIft on August 24th. This is not a recurring order or a Membership. ******** contacted us that her bank had labeled the charge as recurring in error. We advised the customer that this is a One time charge for merchandise only. Customer contacted us on August 28th that she was not happy with the merchandise. This order was refunded in full on August 28th.
