    There was no receipt, or contact number in my package!! I just got this in the mail from "trumpsurprisebox.com. After reading the comments, I am alarmed. It was an ad on Right Side Broadcasting..So, I would assume both website, and RSB are culpable in this. If I get a recurring charge? I will come back with details..This is wrong, and the owners will be doxxed if all is true! Hoping for clarity before attorney!!

    Hi ******, I am sorry for the confusion on your order. Your order is a One Time order for One ***** Mystery Gift. There are no recurring charges for this order at all. Sometimes the orders are labeled incorrectly through the bank as the bank has no way to determine if the order is a One time order or a Membership. We do offer Memberships, but your order is not a membership at all.

    This is a scam. DO not order from this company. The do not respond to emails. So I will call next and argue with them. I even got a code that shows I am not a subscriber but they charged me for that as well. I ordered a "free" shovel. It came and it was the size of a garden hand tool. NOWHERE in the description did they say this was a MINI shovel. They even charged me a subscription even though they said I was not subscribed. I am threatening to report them to them to ic3.gov for senior abuse and mail fraud. So I will be sending a copy of their email and results to the postmaster general. All of you should do this

    *** ordered a couple things from them in the last year and have always been pleased. I did have a reoccurring charge show up one night and I actually only knew this because they emailed me the receipt. I replied to the email and within 10 minutes the charge was reversed with no questions asked. **************** was very apologetic and friendly. Im sure Ill order from them again when something peaks my interest.

    They are a complete scam! I had to be on the phone with their call center in *************** arguing with them for an hour, they tried to get me to agree to a refund of lesser amounts (several times) than the $82.45 they had taken from my credit card without authorization. I threatened to report them to the authorities and asked to speak with a supervisor several times.I found their "subscription" scam way down on the "Terms and Conditions"

    This is a scam. I ordered a monicular for $49.99 in September and then saw on my bank statement on October 14, 2022 "RECURRING charges" on my bank statement for the amounts of $9.99, 14.95 and 14.95. I tried to call
    2 different numbers 1 in Fla and one in Rhode Island.

Our correct phone number and email address (which you can find on our website, receipts, shipping confirmations, and all packages) would be ************ and *********************************** I wasn't able to find any attempts to contact us from you by phone or email when I searched but I found that you had disputed the payment through your bank and been refunded already for this when I searched for this today. We sent you confirmation of those refunds and return shipping labels for our merchandise by email also (from the same ********************************** email address). Customer support is here 24/7 if you have any other questions in the future and we are responsive if you do try to contact us.

    Been ordering from them for several years! Always happy with the products and service. Recently they started a subscription that was not very well defined in the purchase agreement! They need to upgrade the disclosure before setting it up. I, too, was hit with a subscription, but a quick call solved the problem. Good service again!
