    I paid for my trash pick up in a timely manner and was supposed to have pick up the following day. They did not pick up my trash and when they were called they began mocking me stating they will not come back and pick it up because it was to close the neighbors house. I have been placing my trash in the same spot for years. They have horrible service and rude staff!

    We notified this customer of the closure of thier account and that we would no longer service this address.    The customer who lives at this address and the neighbor have ongoing domestic issues with each other that has led to police intervening and a restraining orders.  The personal issues and fighting amongst these 2 properties has interfered with our crew and equipment doing there job.   One of the customers would verbally abuse our crew and attempt to climb on and into our trucks (this person is no longer a customer, canceled)   Doug then personally went down to  "The *****"  property and spoke with them about the issues with the neighbor  and it was decided that the ***** trash container would be set in a particular spot near the telephone pole (away from the neighbor) we would direct our crew to get this container each Thursday near the telephone pole to avoid any issues with our crews.   This seemed to work well for 3-4 weeks, no issues had happened.    Thursday Feb 22nd our crew arrived to pickup the trash and there was NO container next to the telephone pole, no pickup was made.     Later on in the day on Feb 22nd ****** **** called our office screaming, swearing and belligerent saying his trash was not picked up, I explained to him that our crew stated there was NO container next to the pole, he began to scream and yell saying " he should not have to put his container in a particular spot"  Mr **** then stated he put his container in a different spot.  I explained our crews were not going to look for his container and it should have been in the designated spot near the pole as we talked about.  The conversation then went onto Mr **** screaming and being rude,  So I simply told him his account would be closed, no further service would be provided to his address or the neighbors address - We were no longer to deal with the abuse from these 2 customers. 

    This has been an ongoing problem with Mr ****'s service address and his neighbor, we at Doug's Trash Removal will not allow any customers to verbally or physically abuse our crew.  Also customers are giving a warning to stay away from our equipment and trucks if they continue to go near, on or throw things into our truck then we have no choice but to cancel the customers account and no longer stop in front of there house.    The safety and well being of our crew is our top priority.
