      Different job started in April was completd. He was paid in full.In May he was supposed to replace shower. He tore shower out and has not returned. In June he said he could no longer be paid by ***** or ******. ( Previously his requested forms of payment) he requested cash. I declined . He requested bank checks and I provided them. Now he will not return calls. Since May he has only appeared at my house twice. He incorrectly ripped out additional wall. To date he was paid $2,100 out of $3,700. He wanted more money and I politely said you have only completed $600 worth of work according to your contract. No calls no show. I am sure I am not the only one since his excuse was he was juggling other projects and mine was smaller. He also said his phone broke and workers quit. Please advise.

      Thank you, I have received a negotiated refund. I notified the upstate BBB of this result. Thank you for your help. I know I would not have received anything without your assistance. Keep on fighting for the regular people!
