      I’m absolutely disappointed with this service and the amount I paid. I was also wrongfully told my reimbursement. I will be disgusting this with the state.
      Thanks Barb hope you do well but couldn’t be more hurt considering all the time my family has done with you.

      Place is a joke ...
      Dropped taxes off first week of March 2024 ....
      4/15/2024 came & not a word from them.
      After numerous phone calls, finally spoke with Tammy & she would pull our file & call
      us ,,, nothing !!
      July 2024 ,, spoke with Tammy again.
      Office is open she told us , but no one answers phone . Also told us again she would pull our file asap ..... again, nothing.
      Now (8/24) message states they are open & taxes will be done by end of August . BS
      Office still not answering phone & no return call from Tammy , last week of August

      Honestly I would give no stars if it was possible. I don’t even know where to begin. I guess for starters you can type in the name “The Tax Wizard” on google and see that ******* * had to get answers for many angry customers. It took 5 months to get our taxes back because they closed and never told anyone what was going on. If it wasn’t for the news doing an investigation there would still be no answers. The communication is absolutely a joke. People STILL do not have their taxes! It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone and don’t even bother going to the office because no one is there. They claimed “they aren’t keeping the taxes hostage” but yet no one can get them back to go to someone else. This business is a joke and absolutely should be shut down. And if it’s not then this can be your warning to not go there.

      Wish I could give this zero stars. My husband and I had a sit down appointment with Barb to get our taxes done on3/22/24. The office called the night before around 8pm to tell us Barb was sick. They told us we could drop off our taxes to be done. I dropped them off on 3/23 . I never heard back from them. I called them on 4/12 and was told Barb would do an extension. It's now May 7th and I have yet to hear from the office. I heard that Barb was sick and in the hospital. My taxes have not been done yet. I have called the office (machine says its full). I have gone to the office and no one is there. NO note on the door or anything. I'm in limber because I have no idea what is going on. We're going to be screwed this year.
