Purchased a monthly subscription for cologne to be sent to my house. They first charged me $15.00 on Feb. 19th (credit card) 2025. Then charged me $15.00 twice in March so far without any product being delivered. It is supposed to be a charge of $15.00 per month. No customer service number. I placed an order for my husbands birthday gift on ****************. This company promises to send a new box with 3 scents every month and charge you on the 15th. Today is September 14th and I can not get ahold of anyone at this company to request my refund or cancel this service. Their only means of communication they provide is an email address. This company seems to have scammed several people and the website needs to be taken down immediately.Customer Answer

I placed an order with Debonair Scent on 6/15/24 - A 6 month subscription for $75.I received a confirmation email and a separate welcome email from the company. Then nothing.....They claim to ship boxes on the 5th of every month, so I waited until about 10 days after 7/5/24 to reach out (assuming the shipping wouldn't take longer than 10 days. I live in the **). I used the email provided in their confirmation email and welcome email - ****************************** No response.I have since sent three inquiry emails, asking where my order is, with no response.So I'm one month in, with no product and no communication from the company.Initial Complaint

Ok so this all started in August. I signed up for a subscription to Saint ***** The next thing I know the same month and I have a subscription for this debonair scent. I dont remember ever actually signing up for debonair sent, but I chalked it up to retail therapy and me being stupid for the first month. However, after that, I cancel the subscription it shows canceled when I log into my account I have screenshots I took the shipping address email address, phone number and active card off of the account. The card that was on there expired in the year **** yet somehow every month theyve still been able to charge my card without my authorization for a subscription thats been canceled for months, this is ridiculous. This is criminal they have stolen from me. I want a refund and I want to never hear anything about this company ever again they dont deserve to be in business. If I dont get a refund I will be calling in my own personal lawyers, their family members and they will do whatever it takes for however, long it takes for free to take this company down. Debonair scent will not steal another dollar for me. And now that Ive called them out on social media and sent messages to their customer service team theyve entirely locked me out of my account the website no longer recognizes my email address and I cant sign up for a new subscription not that I want to. Thats shady. They are intentionally trying to cover up what they did because they know its wrong. Its not even about the money its about the principle. They took this money without my consent. After Id already canceled the subscription I have screenshots they will not say this didnt happen. I also have screenshots of the charges on my bank account including two charges for August, which again I never even signed up for this in the first place, and two charges in SeptemberInitial Complaint

On 9/17/2023 I subscribed to a monthly **************** On 9/18 I received a confirmation email that stated the item would be mailed on the 5th of every month. I was immediately charged the $15.00 monthly fee. On 10/12 I still had not received the first product, so I emailed the company at the address they provided, ******************************* requesting tracking info for my order #**********. The email bounced back to me as undeliverable, no email address existed. On 10/16 I received an email from the company stating that my item had shipped and was given **** tracking #**********************. As of today, 10/26, I still have not received the product and tracking shows no activity since the mailing label was created on 10/16 in *************. I have since cancelled my subscription and removed my billing info from their website, fearing I would be charged, only to receive nothing. Since the email address the company provided is invalid or unable to receive mail, I believe this whole company is a sham and that I have been ripped off.Initial Complaint

Purchased a 6 month Re occurring Cologne Subscription ***** Never received product tried to contact them through email and bounces back, no email address .Also tried to call them and it is one number short, so it does not go through.
