    The date of the transaction was May 30th 2023 The amount was $81.28 The business promised to deliver 3 cologne scents for 6 months This was a birthday gift which the recipent has not received. I have tried reaching out to the company Debonair Scent to get an update on the status, only to have the email that is listed on their site get bounced back to me 4 times, saying the email could not be found. There is also no phone number listed on their website.The company has not tried to resolve the issue. I have sent emails to no avail

    On March 11 I subscribed to Debonair for fragrance samples. I paid $15.00 to be charged monthly for the samples I received a confirmation email explaining samples are mailed out on the 5th of each month. To date I have received nothing. I have emailed the company 3 times to cancel, but have received no response. I have no tracking number because nothing has been shipped.I need a refund of $15.00 and confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled.

    Better Business Bureau:

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Debonair Scent regarding complaint ID ********.

    I did however receive the product I paid for on April 5 last week.  I never received the product I paid for on March 5 nor did I receive a refund.  My subscription was finally cancelled and I have not been charged for May.  So I will count my blessing and move on.

    signed up for $15 a month cologne subscription feb 3. they took my $15 right away never received email confirmation tried to sign in on site they said my email didnt excite as a member emailed them a bunch from their site email got returned said user not found. and now today they have tried 2 more times to get $15 off my debit card it was declined ** i had my bank block them. i never received cologne and cant get in touch with them

    I did a month subscription and paid $15 on the 3rd of January then on the 17th of January I was charged again. A email was sent to the company but no response was sent back. I am trying to cancel but can't.

    I signed up for a subscription for ******* husband. Total was $30. Said it will be shipped on the 5th & still have not heard anything. I tried to contact through the contact us email and it said email address does not exist. I would like to find out how to get a refund since I will not be receiving my products I paid for. The website should seriously be forced to be taken down if they are just stealing people's money like this.
