      I've used accountantsworld's payroll relief since 2012, like all the reviews and complaints out there pointing out, software is OK as long as you can DIY and self-support, but support service is really bad if you ever need it and it's getting worse. If you're lucky enough to even reach a support by phone, most likely you'll reach a support who is not trained to listen to customers and is not more familiar with the software than you're as a user. I'm paying $500+ per month for using the software plus support services, but I'm not getting meaningful support. I have pending support issues that need resolutions ASAP, it seems there's no way to get meaningful support by contacting payroll relief, so I'm trying BBB to hopefully reach higher ranking support or support manager to resolve the issues I have. The issues were already submitted as ticket twice and emailed but haven't received any response. I called the support phone line and reached a female support who would not listen to the issues or remote in to see the issues herself, when I insisted for her to listen, she hung up because I wasn't soft spoken enough. So as a payroll relief's customer, you have to be tough to endure the bad services, but their support is sensitive people with feelings while customers "are just $ signs without feelings". If I call the support phone line again, either no answer or the same female support, it seems I'm at the dead end with my issues hanging, otherwise I would not bother to spend time posting here publicly.

      I have been a customer of ***************** for many years. I am happy with the products. I am unhappy with the service. They host my Website and they will not answer the phone so I can make changes to the Website. They say to open my website and then they will allow me to make changes. I cannot open my website since my ID and password no longer work. They want me to send an email service request and they will send me the password. My problem is that the email they have on my account was changed several years ago due to hacking. They will only send me information to that email. Therefore I never get it. They are real good at billing me over $500 per year for hosting the website. I have tried to cancel the service, which I would like to keep, but I do not get any response to my phone calls. I just called the number on this page and it goes to a message that says to send my request to them by email.

      At this time, I have not been contacted by Accountantsworld regarding complaint ID ********.  They continue to bill me but will not allow me to make any changes to the Web Site including updating my contact information.
