    We signed a contract on 10/28/2024, the fence was supposed to be installed on or about 11/4/24. We tried to contact the installation team but never received a call back. This went on for several months. The fence was finally installed on 2/11/25 but was not the color we ordered. And

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally file a complaint against the following organization regarding an unresolved issue. FENCETEKK ************************************************************* Telephone: ************ On May 6, 2024, I paid a deposit of $2,500 cash for work that totaled $4,800 for the installation of a fence. Despite repeated promises and scheduling efforts, the company has failed to return and complete the work, nor have they provided any updates on the status of my project. I have made several attempts to contact them for clarification but have not received any responses. This situation has left me extremely frustrated and at a loss, as I have been waiting for a service that I have already paid for.I would appreciate any assistance the BBB can provide in resolving this matter and ensuring that this company is held accountable for its actions.Thank you for your attention to this matter.     This company took my money with no intentions of completing the job. In 9/10 they sold me a fence and gate and told me they would install it in two weeks. The sales guy never answered any phone calls or text messages and lied about when the product would be ready. My husband went to the office in person to get our money back and was sweet talked by owner ***** who stated he would never do business like that. ***** then gave us a new install day for 1.5 months later on 11/7. The week of this date comes up and we have heard from NO ONE regarding this install. My husband reaches out and gets a non understandable reply from ***** and ultimately no confirmation on the date. I called and spoke with ****** who states he had no idea when the product would be ready or if the product was even made yet. ****** assured me he would call me back the same day with info and Ofcourse did not, my husband texted ***** he was coming to the office to get our check, no check was at the office when my husband arrived and no one was there to complete this request. We have asked for my money back over and over again and keep getting told they are in meetings and unable to authorize a check. They are a company who cannot provide the service they are selling and simply doing bad business by lying and not communicating with customers. If I dont get my money back I plan to take legal action against this company. While I am also still in need of fencing. I have called this company over 50 times in the last two months and it is been extremely horrible and stressful they have ******** of my hard earned money and no one else should have to go through this. This business should be shut down.

    We sincerely apologize for the delay on your installation. The custom gates took longer than anticipated and being that we are not the manufacturer, we are as well waiting for an update from the fabricators. While we do our best to provide our customers with accurate installation information, we are not always able to anticipate delays, or provide the exact timing of custom jobs and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this delay may have caused. At this time 90% of the job has been completed, and the custom gate order should be finished this week, with installation sometime next week. We have been in contact and would be glad to answer any further questions you may have. Thank you for reaching out, hopefully this resolution meets your expectations.

    On May 13, 2024 we paid Fencetekk $900.00 by check as a partial payment for a take down, haul and erect a new fence at our home. The estimate and check was given to ***** of Fencetekk. His cell is ************. After not being contacted by them with an install date after two weeks we cancelled the job and asker for our money back.We have made at least 7 attempts to speak to the owner (***) who will not return our calls or our $900.00. I also sent them an email with the estimate and cancelled check attached to no avail.Can you help us get our money back? Thank you.

    Better Business Bureau:

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Fencetekk regarding complaint ID ********.

    I have not received any call back from Fencetekk. The have not returned the $900.00 dollars they owe us since May 14th 2024. I have a cancelled check in that amount as well as their receipt marked paid. Where should I go from here? Thank you very much.
