    Fencetekk was paid $2,500 to come put up a fence for me and I was supposed to also put a gate for me for 1800 I didn't pay the $1,800 as of yet back in February the beginning of March I called them but no answer keep leaving a message when they finally answer l spoke to ****** ****** and explained to him that the gate had fell and l needed them to come sooner he told me he was busy and he will have ****** call me who never call then again l call back in April no answer when he finally call me back again in may he told me that ****** was sick and he was the only person but he will gave someone call me soon that *** *** ****** text me and told me he had missed place my paper work and he will be able to put my fence up on may 29 but had to decline because I don't trust the agency anymore the game that they where putting me thru turn me off as l attempt to speak to ****** about it how l was not a valued customer and they where giving me the runaround and ot this point that l can't trust them step foot on my property he stated he had bought the item already but he forgot he told me it was a left over fence that is the reason it was cheaper after speaking to him he call to tell me if l want to cancel my contract to write him a letter witch l did but again l was ignored l call and call and after no answer l told the phone person that l would go to the BBB that is when he text me back that he is ready to put it in and ignoring my wishes so l turn to BBB to get some resort my name is ******* ******* and my number is looking forward to speaking to someone

    ***** this company at all costs. I paid a deposit about 3 months ago and have still not received my fence. Communication with *** has been inconsistent and full of excuses delays, material issues, staffing problems, etc. Despite repeated promises, no work has been done and Im left with nothing.They have no physical location, likely contract work out to third parties, and seem to have no actual fencing materials on hand. Based on numerous complaints on the Better Business Bureau and ******, I now believe this company is operating *************** currently in the process of taking legal action to recover my deposit.

    Scammers, bullies, very agressive and will ghost you after taking your money. Owner Glenn...next time the owner said he was Conrad - they play "bait and switch " on the phone.
    Wells Fargo followed through with my filed complaint and found them fraudulent when taking my Refundable deposit then keeping it.

    Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional and does not own up to customers concerns regarding problems with the fence installation. The owners (so they say they are) are extremely arrogant !! ********* arrived at my house within five minutes of the fence sub contractors arrival to collect full payment of the job that didnt even begin. I was nice giving this company one star they are actually a zero. Im very very sorry i wasted my money using Fencetekk.
