On 5/8/25 I ordered a 3.3 oz bottle of Creed aventus; totaling to $395.85. FragranceX; was supposed to ship me a 3.3 oz bottle of Creed aventus. The nature of the dispute is that my bottle of cologne came broken. A almost $400 bottle of cologne came broken. I took plenty of pictures if what I recieved; how I recieved it; and the box it came in. Upon promptly messaging customer support about the issue they told me they can tell it was shipped to me in perfect condition. They are refusing any kind of help whatsoever on something so expensive. I will never be shopping here again and I advise others not to as well. They take youre money and if you have any problems with youre order they don't try and resolve them. The condition shown in your images is not consistent with the state of the package at delivery. Additionally, if a shipment is significantly damaged in transit, the carrier notifies us immediately to file a claim and dispose of the itemno such report was made in this case.

You can't even see the label in it let alone the bottom. It was soaking wet on the bottom; which i took pictures of everything. FragranceX has terrible customer support and are unwilling to work with they're customers to fix THEY'RE shipment issues. I'll be getting ahold of my financial institution today and let them handle this issue. This is absolutely ridiculous; and FragranceX should be ashamed of the way they treat they're customers; I dont recommend anyone shop from this store.

Ordered Devotion Intense perfume on 3/30/25 and received item on 4/3/25. Bottle was clearly leaking before opening package. Inside of box had leaked contents. Contacted Fragrancex and was told to send photos or videos. I sent a video of box it was delivered in and packing slip with leakage. Spoke with Von. Was told to open perfume box even after seeing saturation in video. Sent that video to them and wore gloves so it wouldnt get all over my hands. They can clearly see in the videos that a significant amount of the perfume leaked from the bottle. I attached photos instead of videos for this complaint because it wouldnt allow video upload. My apartment is still wreaking of overpowering fragrance. Received an email offering a $12.00 refund. When I refused, they requested return of the item. Im appalled at their customer service. Spoke with an extremely rude person today. The perfume is in the trash. Im not keeping a leaking bottle thats already overpowering in my apartment. I wouldnt advise anyone to purchase from this company. I want a full refund for this item.Business Response

After reviewing the materials, the fragrance appeared to be partially leaked but not in an unusable condition. In such cases, and in accordance with our return policy, customers are asked to return the item in order to receive a full refund. We were informed that the item was discarded, which unfortunately prevents us from processing a full refund. As part of our damaged items policy, we do require that all products be retained for at least five business days following the damage report so we can proceed with proper resolution.

Ordered several items within this month on March, 2015. Order number is #******** One of the items was a Cartier perfume, Baiser Vole. When I opened the item: first of all the packaging inside the box, the cardboard, was damaged. I sprayed a small amount and the scent was FAR FROM what this perfume smells like. I have been using the real perfume since it came out vin 2011. In fact, I still have another bottle that I have been using with little left in it, bought at duty free, and the scent of the one FragranceX sent is nowhere near the scent of this perfume. It is clearly a copy that smells nothing like the original. The real item is pinkish, while theirs is green and smells NOTHING like the real one. It has an unpleasant odour. I reported the problem to Klarna, the payment service through which I placed the payment, and notified them that I wont be paying for this item unless FragranceX pays for the postage and customs charges for my return. I have the pictures of the damaged package and then perfume bottle with green liquid. I asked for a refund for this item and the payment of the return and customs costs so that I could send the item back to **, *** (FROM ******). I was refused a return fare, saying I should pay for return and customs charges. I have been buying perfume from FragranceX for some time now, and this was a really disappointing experience. I kept writing back, asking for the return fare to be covered and keep receiving answers that they cannot accept that their item is a counterfeit and that I should pay for the return fee and customs. I have never encountered such rude customer service responses before, from any other business. In the pictures, I also include a photo of the the smaller bottle of the perfume I have, bought at duty free, next to the counte3rfeit FragranceX sent me. I submitted an order in the amount of $47.73 (********) on February 19 and returned the item because it smelled terrible via **** pickup (confirmation # ************) on February 24.On March 11 Fragrance x confirmed that the returned item reached the post office in ******** on March 10th, and as soon as they received and scanned the package, they would process a refund. Hello,Attached you will find a screenshot of the email I sent to this business after they sent me a counterfeit product. Aside from the fact the product smelled NOTHING like the original product, which I have purchased previously, I also provided several packaging differences which prove its counterfeit nature. I also included a link to the website which features all of these facts. They provided me with a canned response and denied any possibility their buyer could have mistakenly purchased a bunk lot numerous times. The most they offered in any sort of customer service sense was that they were sorry I "felt" this way. I responded telling them it had nothing to do with feelings, but only to do with facts. Besides the terrible customer service, they are falsely advertising 100% genuine products, this is false and they should not be able to use this on their website. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I discovered this product at an original, genuine ** ****** counter in ********* and obtained a tester. I then previously purchased a full sized product. After obtaining the recent order from FragranceX.com, the product sent me smelled NOTHING like the original fragrance. FragranceX.com refuses to admit any fault, but the proof is in the pudding. Aside from the product smelling nothing like the original, there were several discrepancies in packaging, and the bottle of fragrance and cap were off as well from the original which I pointed out. They refuse to even fathom that they could have sold anything counterfeit but it's hyper evident that they have regardless. Just because they refunded the product does not mean they are ripping off many people. I will again reference the obvious bots they use to boost their rating online and have turned off ratings/comments. Their 1.8 star rating in ********* speaks to the reality of how they operate.

We have used FragranceX dropshipping service through ******** platform and we have purchased more than 200 **** ***** Brand Fragrances for our customers. Some of our customers received inauthentic and damaged products that raised the question of authenticity. We have been asked by an Online marketplace to verify the product authenticity by providing them any document that shows the FragranceX as authorized distributor, retailers or resellers of brand products. We have requested same documents and their assistance to resolve the Business issue through ******** but both FragranceX and their dropshipper not provided the same documents. So this negative behaviour of this Business (FragranceX) shows that they are selling replica, fake fragrances through their website. We have purchased fragrances through Doba from FragranceX. We have invoices that has been issued and it clearly says "FragranceX" is a seller of that fragrances. Doba dont take or buy any inventory or anything, we have reached to them, they have also provided us some documents issued from your good office.
Doba confirmed that they have processed our orders from FragranceX officially and it is now responsibility of FragranceX to prove the authenticity of products as required by Amazon Team.
FragranceX supplier team failed to prove the authenticity of products, as Business prove authenticity of different brands or products through its supply chain documents or valid manufacturer invoices.
We have also reached out to Brand that is being sold by FragranceX, The specific brand confirmed that FragranceX is not authorized distributor, dealer or supplier or retailers of their products.
We have all communication history with that specific brand.
So we are seeking any authentic document that shows the source of products is valid or not. FragranceX have to provide any evidence to subsentiate its claim.

I ordered from FragranceX a Christmas gift for my significant other. 3 perfumes. I ordered on 12/16/24 expecting my items to arrive before Christmas and to my surprise, I received an email saying that they were delivered while I was at work on December 20th, 2024. Upon going to retrieve my items around 3:30pm which is when I arrive home from work, I was unable to locate my items. I promptly contacted FragranceX a few days later when they still did not show up as Christmas was approaching fast. I chatted with ******* via chat who was unable to help me at all with a replacement or refund of my purchase. I ended up going to the store to purchase different perfume for my wife since I was out of time and they refused to reship or refund me. At this point, I would like a refund. All the company did was show me a picture of my tracking info and refused to even help file a claim with *** to rectify the situation.
