    I was excited to be able to order a hard-to-find fragrance. Only after waiting days to receive my perfume I was informed that my fragrance was unavailable, and there was no date when it might be stocked again. I feel that info should have been made known at the time I placed my order, so I could look elsewhere.

    I had to chase my delivery I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to find out its a cheap fake its not the same and doesn't last this is an imposter!

    Very disappointed in this business, I have placed orders with them over the years and recently received a damage item and they would not even refund and or replace the damage merchandise. I will no longer be supporting and or purchasing anything from this company.

    Placed order received something totally wrong. Sent email to customer service, response from company assigning a ticket number. Was told within a few days someone was going to contact me. No one contacted me . Wanted a refund & to return wrong order. Very disappointed
