1 starI just ordered my first order from this company. My order arrived but one of the bottles had leaked out and was nearly empty. I immediately tried to call but reached a recording saying no one was available to take my call. I then emailed customer service asking for a replacement or refund and attached a photo of the item. I received an email requesting more photos to prove damage. I sent more photos clearly showing the leakage stain in the package. I then received an email stating they would look into it. The next day I received another email stating that they could not send a replacement (even though it was in stock) but they would offer me a half refund or I could package up the item and return the empty bottle to them and once they received and process the empty bottle they would refund my money. I asked them several times why they cant just replace my item since it is in stock and the response was we dont replace that type of product (it was a mini bottle) but was $26.00. Regardless of the size, the company does not back their product and after 3 days of emailing and fighting for them to make this right I will not use this company going forward.Review fromMark T

1 starI made a purchase through ****** pay in 4 on February 4, 2023 for cologne for my husband's birthday. I received a receipt from ****** that the transaction had taken place. I then received emails from Fragrancex.com to complete my order. I was confused because clearly money was taken from my account. I called Frangrancex.com and spoke with someone from customer service. She informed that she can see the money transaction but couldn't explain to me why my order wasn't shipped. She said to give her 24 hours to seek help from management because she couldn't do anything on her end. Now 24 fast forward 24 hours has come and gone and I received no call back. I called back to Fragrancex.com and I get another customer service representative and she tells me it's being reviewed. I tell her I want to cancel the order because this was a time sensitive order as it was a birthday gift and I needed it by a certain time. She tells me she can't cancel out the order because they are still trying to find it. So in turn I will continue to pay on a order that they can't find. Wow! I'm so disappointed with this company I've ordered from them before and never had an issue until this. I shared this review to say please be cautious ordering from them because they can't explain how this happened so chances are they can't prevent it from happening to someone else.Review fromTimothy L

1 starI have tried to order higher end perfume from this company with 2 different cards and I receive an email stating they need me to contact my "bank" and have them provide me with a 6 character code which I then have to send to FragranceX.com in an email. First off, the second card I used isnt even a bank, its a credit card. Second, I have never had any company inquire about getting a six character code to verify my payment details. That is normally an automated process that is done during the checkout process on a secure site. Email is not secure and I would never provide the customer this information. I truly think it is their way of stating they don't have the product but they just want to make it look more "legit" by claiming they need this "code". This is extremely bad business practice and the company should be shut down because I feel they are falsely advertising products they do not have. I cancelled both orders as soon as I received the email request for the "more info". Steer clear of these scammers.Review fromPeggy a

1 starI ordered "REalm Intense" perfume from them. It is watered down; next to NO Scent at all. His ling ad said they accept returns on ****. He offered me $5 back to keep it; I refused so he agreed to return it. Problem is, when I did, he refunded only 50% ! LOL. **** did return the balance and suppose took it from his account. If you want FAKE perfume that has no SCENT buy from him LOL! He is threatening me too now too, says "he sees " me online, and is abusive. Creepy!Review fromMONICA T

1 starTerrible experience.This company is not intending to sell perfume.I am not sure what their goal is but placed several orders and every time I had to deal with email and emails of verification and to have my orders cancelled perpetually.This company is beyond terrible.Stay away.It will be a waste of your time.I would not be surprised if you see them on the new as a coverup for something else.Again, they do not actually sell perfume.Review fromCHADIA A

1 starPlaced my first order for $100+ in July. The items were not shipped to my residence as they should have been, but to a *** store, not even the one close to me. When I tracked it i got 0 results.The saga began: calling FragranceX to learn why it was not delivered to my residence. No explanation was provided only that I can find it at the ***, I went to ***, who claimed that after a few days they return it. I Contacted FragranceX again... went back to the *** store, you guessed it ....the saga went on for several times one day I visited *** [for 3 times] then calling FragranceX Long story short the items are still somewhere, I received today an email "claiming" FragranceX got in touch with *** just now [I guess they found out they can talk to *** duh] and I have to wait for the result of their "investigation". Oh they had the nerve to offer a refund less 20%. Never ever ever again! we are at the end of September and I am still short of my refund and never received my order nor got an explanation why it was sent to ***; One final note you can talk to the ** on the phone but they refuse to hand the phone to their supervisors claim that "you can email them only". When you do it is obvious it's the same person replying, It is deceitful and shameful. I am reporting them to the BBB even though I don't think they care...Unfortunately since this has been going on since July, and I believed their lies and ***'s I cannot ask my credit card to stop the payment. These people are scammers with a smile, and automated "nice" replies, with customer service personnel who are like a broken disc repeating that they are sorry and refusing to transfer to supervisors...... what a shame even their rave reviews are fake or paid. 1 starWorst fragrance vendor I've ever dealt with. I decided to try them out because some users recommended them. So I purchased a $300 fragrance one evening. Woke up the next morning to an alert from my bank, notifying me that $600 had been withdrawn from my account which made my account negative and subject to daily overdraft fees. I reached out to the company and was told that they only charged my card once. Meanwhile, I'm watching overdraft charges pile up, because they withdrew double the cost of the product. So I had no choice but to cancel the order to get my money back and bring my account positive. This should have been the end of it, but because I'm an idiot I decided to try them again. So I order the same product on a Friday morning at around 9:00 a.m.. I also paid an extra $10 for 2nd day shipping through **** Keep in mind the website specifically says, "Same Day Free Shipping. Orders ship on the day that you place them and arrive within days." This is a direct quote from their site. Well, Friday comes and goes and so does ****************** Finally, I reach out through email to the company. An hour after my email suddenly my item is showing as shipped! Wait, it gets better: The warehouse forgot to add my apartment number to the shipping label, so I get a message from *** indicating that they cannot deliver. Well, there goes my $10 for express shipping. I reached out to the company for an explanation of why it took 3 days to ship. I have an email from their customer service department telling me that THEY DON'T SHIP SAME DAY. They always ship on the following business day. Huh??? So they are openly lying and using deceptive marketing on their website? If anyone from FragranceX is reading this, I have the email as proof. I decided to cancel the delivery and get my money back. I gave them 3 chances and they made 3 mistakes. If you do purchase from them, do not expect same day shipping, and don't waste the extra money on 2nd day air.
